This review is long overdue…read more A friend of mine recommended breath work to me and Tobey Geise was the first person that popped up when I finally sought it out. I went in thinking I was literally going to learn how to breathe and regulate my nervous system, and while that did occur I also received great spiritual help from her. She taught me so much about spirituality and how to tap into that side of me that I wasn't too sure I had access too. She encouraged me to do great shadow work within myself and to get myself to a place where I felt ready and prepared to handle life and all that it was and all that it could be.
