I went into this Reiki and chakra session not quite knowing what to expect and it completely exceeded my expectations!!! Terry was not at all what I had imagined when I thought of someone in this profession, and that was surprisingly refreshing. She has a great sense of humor, she's originally from the East Coast, and I absolutely loved her sassy, down-to-earth, real vibe. It felt authentic. No fluff. No pretense.....Just genuine energy and insight. I've been on a spiritual awakening journey for about nine months now. I've done "past" life regression sessions and have received messages from my higher self, spirit team, and angel guides. ALSO--If you had told me a year ago that this is where I'd be, I would have laughed in your face and walked away. And yet, here I am. The one thing I was really hoping for in this session was to connect my earthbound body to my spiritual self. I went in for the new client intro session not quite knowing what to expect. This was my first time doing reiki. Terry explained the whole process really well before the session started so I knew what to expect. She puts a lot of thought into making the experience the best it can be and it shows. The sound bath, massage, and reiki were amazing in combination. After the session was over she took the time to explain what was going on with my chakras. That night after the session I felt some anger come up and I felt lighter the next day. I feel like I met Terry at the perfect time! She gave me great feedback and made me feel seen. SOUND HEALING! (5 stars) Opening up to ancient and alternative healing! People who know me well will buy me "experiences" for gifts because I like to "explore". I received a gift card from someone who enjoyed their sound healing experience and wanted me to try it. Not looking for physical healing through sound healing, looking to accomplish relaxation and positive aura vibes. - made contact to set an appointment - street parking - arrived 10 min early and filled out forms SESSION. Every person's experience will be different. I decided NOT to research it in advance and wanted to come in without having any pre-notions to taint my own experience. So, I have no idea what to expect. Terry is warm hearted and welcoming with lots of energy and passionate about healing! She asked me to be open and receive and that I did! Prior to our session I did fill out paperwork regarding some medical stuff. My motorcycle accident caused me to have a traumatic brain injury and one thing (of many things) that was impacted was hearing. It is challenging for me to hear loud things without sensitivity to my ear and anything loud or bright can quickly trigger a migraine. This session is going to be full of sounds, so I brought some protection (ear plugs) to muffle the decibels. I laid on my back on a bed in the center of the suite and was surrounded by bowls (and instruments) of all sizes. I had a light blanket over my body and I closed my eyes and the sound healing begun. LET ME TELL YOU!!! I fell into relaxation immediately. I dozed off several times throughout the session, mind slips and melts away into a meditation like state. When I would doze off my mind was elsewhere and definitely didn't feel like I was in the room. My relaxation and imagination brought me to different places where I feel most relaxed. Every time I dozed off I snapped back out of it thinking "whoa did I just fall asleep" and then I'd doze off again. I wish I didn't wake myself up and let myself go. Something about the sounds were healing hence "sound healing". It was nice and very relaxing. It's an experience and i HIGHLY RECOMMEND this to anyone curious. Until the next review... read more

I had a signature massage and it was great! It included sound healing, reiki, chakra balancing,and Swedish massage. It was very relaxing and I left energized. I also felt a lot happier. Her Swedish massage was heavenly :) After, She went over which chakra was a bit unbalanced. She also pulled oracle card for me at the end. Overall great experience and I hope to go back! read more

I didn't know what to expect with a chakra balancing session. Terry used sound with Tibetan bowls and quartz to start the session. She then went to work on reading my energies in the different areas of my body. At the end of my session, she gave me a rundown of what she found. Terry was absolutely fantastic. I will say the one caveat is that I wouldn't come here for a massage- she's still good at massage, but it wasn't quite as relaxing as I would have hoped. HOWEVER. The reiki. The reiki, my friends, was wildly fantastic. I had never had energy work done before, and I was a little suspicious, but her hands radiated such heat and energy that I came in feeling down and left on top of the world. I had my first massage & chakra balance session with Terryellen the other night and it was lovely. I wasn't sure what to expect, having never had a chakra balancing session before and I confess I was somewhat unsure about it but I had met Terryellen before at a workshop and knew that her musical bowls were lovely so I thought I'd give it a go. I'm here to say it was a wonderful experience. She starts off using the bowls that gets you into a state of relaxation and then moves on to a Reiki session. I had told her I had some issue with my knees prior and she said she would focus on them as she worked. At one point I could feel vibration and energy surging in my right knee. After the Reiki & focus on my chakras she massaged my back and shoulders and it was one of the best massages I've ever had. Usually I feel some pain after a massage but that didn't happen this time - in fact I slept better than I have in weeks that night. All in all this was a very relaxing session. I've been meaning to write this review for a while!! First, I had only just heard of of Reiki, so I literally had ZERO preconceived expectations. I was expecting a typical massage, and received SO much more! Terryellen took her time explaining everything and getting to know me. Her use of the quartz bowls and other vibration creating instruments was amazing. I currently use a brainwave app to go to sleep, and this was a similar intensified sensation. I couldn't believe how accurately she read me. She even placed her hands on my right knee and created this warm sensation (don't ask me how) like she felt the cyst was directly there (I did not disclose this to her). Terryellen offered a fabulous combination of treatments in one. Her space is also very serene. She took the time to listen to my preferences up front and during the massage. The heated massage table was perfect to keep me (who gets cold all the time) warm. I immensely enjoyed the crystal and Tibetan bowls she played.
