Ky is the absolute best. I had squirrels chewing holes in my house and paying a small fortune to have each fixed only to have another squirrel chew another hole - until I found Ky. He came to my house and took pictures and sent me a detailed estimate of what it would cost to fix all the problem areas (I hadn't even noticed many of them, so I took the photos outside to see what his keen eyes had see .) and take care of the problem. After I agreed to the quote, he had someone fixing my house. He came to make sure all was done correctly and well when it was over. He sprayed something that had kept the squirrels away. I had one chew into the vent, and he had that fixed ASAP. The work Ky does is professional and took notch for the fair price he charges. Ky with Animal Evictions is great! He is always very thorough when checking out our older house for any access points critters could use to get inside. He even noticed and fixed an issue with our AC condensation pipe. We had a previous company install new vents under the house, and they had moved the pipe and left it draining under the house in the crawl space (unbeknownst to us), and the pipe eventually came separated from the part attaching to the house below the AC. Ky identified that the pipe was disconnected AND instead of just reconnecting the pipe (which cause it to drain UPHILL and to pour out in the crawl space again), he worked and created an opening though the vent so the pipe would now drain outside of the house AND drain to gravity. He also sealed around this opening to make sure animals couldnt get through. He also fixed numerous other cracks that had developed since last year, as well as resections our two air vents on the roof, which had loosened due to rough weather. Ky has been keeping the buildings at Pfeifer Camp free of pests for years which is no easy task since most of the buildings he has critter proofed were built in the late 1930s by the WPA and are timber and stone. When we first moved into our new home we had a problem with bats in our house. Ky came in captured the bats and made our home more effective against animals getting in. We haven't had a problem since except due to the house shifting it opened a hole for raccoons but once Ky was informed he has been on it. Ky is very knowledgeable regarding assessing and resolving animal problems. A few years ago we had a problem with rats getting into our crawl space and nesting in insulation.
