Very Unprofessional owner and unreliable. Offered to clean house for move out complimentary after the passing of a loved one, she then requested $75 for cleaning supplies from my friends family. When the family could not pay until the next Monday. She called me a family friend of theirs and stated in order to help them she would need $100 for cleaning supplies giving me the impression that it was needed immediately in order to help the family, I am disabled and on a fixed income. I obliged only to find out they never scheduled that weekend and she could have waited until Monday. In addition she started drama with the family we did not need after such a sudden a tragic loss. When I went to inquire about that Friday she said her instincts told her the family was lying about personal matters causing a lot of distress to myself and the family. When I advised her I would like a refund as I am not going to pay for her supplies with all the confusion and drama she was causing. I told her if she still wanted to do the job for free she was welcome to, but we would like the $100 returned to my friend as I am not paying for her work supplies after being deceived. She was doing free cleanings to promote her business. She stated she did not have funds to refund us as John Deere had not paid her for a cleaning she did recently. She advised she would get back to me later as she had a cleaning job she had to do Friday that was pre-paid and was supposed to be done by that day and she had not started it yet and had to go. I told her since she already had a babysitter for the weekend and the house isn't even close to being packed up as they did not request that weekend when she was done she could come to my small apartment and clean as I am disabled, I even offered gas money. She refused, She promised to pay the money back later or come to my home later at her convenience this year but I truly wanted nothing to do with her after that weekend and there was no reason whatsoever for her to be unable to change to location of the job until I sorted things out with the family and cleared up any confusion. She had told us she was going to do it for them complimentary. She had until the end of the month to complete the move out cleaning if she so desired. I advised her that we wanted a refund within one week. (I had to borrow the money from a friend as she made it sound urgent that she needs the supplies to do the job that weekend.) She declined the refund and blocked me on Facebook so I could not post a review. She harassed me constantly by text and email. I was forced to contact the police and file a report, She threatened me by email after my friends involved in my startup skincare business and their own businesses wrote a review on Facebook. I was very nearly hospitalized overnight from the stress she was causing my condition. I am single and disabled in need of home health care and did not need the additional stress to my heart. Docs sent me new medication, ordered Home Health care service and said I absolutely need to reduce my stress and block this person which I did. So she had her friends harass me on Facebook. It is clear that since she is a single business owner she feels she can behave unprofessionally. If someone offers something complimentary then it should be complimentary. Once money is requested it becomes a business transaction and the business does not dictate how the funds are spent and used for the client. She still has not refunded my friend and is using threats to prevent me from posting a review. We asked her to refund the money or we will write a review about the poor service and threats made by her. As she came to us to promote her business with her free move out cleaning our reviews stay up. We gave her ample opportunity to make things right. She continues to make threats. We have also contacted BBB. The family and I have been through enough without her meddling with her "instincts". We simply were asking for a refund as the job was not completed to my satisfaction and the unnecessary drama was stressful and extremely unprofessional. I am disabled and require in home care. She nearly put me in the hospital overnight my friends were so worried about my blood pressure. I repeatedly asked her to stop texting, messaging and harrassing me. My disability advocate advised me to get care for an urgent visit, I was so weak and having heart palpitations from the stress. I've given her multiple warnings to stop and she returns with threats by email, text or messenger. She deleted the reviews on Facebook and stopped anyone from being able to review her there now. She has made it impossible to avoid her with her friends harassing me. If this continues I will contact my attorney. I see the previous review confirms what I should have seen. She's pushy and unprofessional. Still harassing me on all platforms constantly trying to find ways to bully me. A grown woman. Shame on her. read more

I would not recommend. We had multiple last-minute cancellations, including our entire service being canceled the day before because I didn't respond fast enough to one of her many Facebook messages. She even blocked me, then found my work email to cancel services. I originally hired her because we are an extremely busy family, but instead of helping, she constantly created more work for me. She was often late, forgetful, careless, and sent millions of messages while I was working. I've come home to broken items, new stains that weren't there before, and scratches on things around my home. I would give her chance after chance, and something new always came up. My floors are now damaged, and when I asked for her insurance information to get them fixed, she blocked me after first saying she'd take care of it. She could have made the situation better by following through with the schedule and fixing what she could, but instead canceled everything and blocked me. She was nice at first, but overbearing, unprofessional, and did not use proper products or care. Unfortunately, she caused far more stress than relief. read more
