I've been extremely impressed with not only the treatment I'm receiving from Dr. Heide, but also the warmth and friendliness of the entire staff. One word is all I need: WOW! I have never felt so good. Nathan began treating my allergies. I have/had allergies almost all year-round. Trees, mold, dirt, pollen, grass... holy cow, you name it, it irritated my sinuses. Dr. Nathan is amazing! I have lived with back pain for years, and have tried many types of treatments. I also had back surgery two years ago. I started seeing Dr. Nathan a little over a year ago, and he has become the answer I have been looking for. Nate Heide is a great acupuncture practitioner! He is very professional, and uses the entire array of tools that fall under the title wholistic medicine. I've been to other acupuncture clinics that do acupuncture and not much else, but Nate also includes massage (tui na), Chinese herbs, breathing exercises (qi gong) and moxa depending on what works best. And he's a great teacher for home care! He is very proactive about researching your case and particular needs and is wonderfully thorough. I have never been a very good sleeper and so I went into see Doc Nate because he was recommended by a friend. His Acupuncture techniques did not hurt, in fact I fell asleep on his table more than once. I felt more relaxed after my first visit and after a few visits I sleep excellent now.
