We just had a great house-buying experience with Indu Jain. Indu is one of the most dynamic real estate agents we have worked with (we have purchased and sold houses in two states in the past). Indu is knowledgeable, resourceful, very organized, and was extremely responsive to our text messages, emails, and phone calls through out the process. She showed us numerous houses and submitted many offers without pushing us whatsoever. Once we got the offer accepted, she worked with the seller's agent, lender, and the escrow firm in the same super-responsive manner and arranged for closing much before the agreed upon closing time of 30-days. She helped negotiate the purchase price and reduce it considerably from the asking price, she helped negotiate it again after the inspection report and reduce it further several thousands of dollars, and even helped with the estate furniture purchase, which we are pretty sure not an official part of RE agent's job!
