The massage of course felt good during, but it was the next day that it really paid off--my back felt better than it had in years. I'm definitely making it a regular thing. As for the facility: it can be a bit loud in those front rooms, since the entrance is so close. It didn't bother me but if you need absolute quiet, request a room further back.

Joyce's practice is truly top-notch. Here is why: 1. Facility: Their office is somewhere between a doctor's office and a spa...very professional, clean, well organized and decorated. The temperature is always 'just right'. I love that it's close to Giant Eagle, as I can run an errand right before/after my appointment. 2. The Staff/therapists: They are great. I had massages from three different therapists before I found 'my' best therapist. All were very good. Cindy is terrific, and I set up a years' worth of standing appointments with her so I was always on her schedule. I love that I'm greeted immediately when I come in; no one puts on snobbish airs. I love that I'm not given a pressure job to buy packages or products. 3. Price & Payment: The rate is just a little bit less than Massage Envy, and the experience as good...well, probably better... They accept major credit cards, which is really convenient. If you are lucky enough to live within spitting-distance of New Castle and you need a massage, I highly recommend Joyce Houck.
