I saw Katie here last week for my first massage ever. I had been having back pain since I got pregnant, and I wanted a post-birth massage to try and undo all that pregnancy and new motherhood stress. It was awesome. The massage of course felt good during, but it was the next day that it really paid off--my back felt better than it had in years. I'm definitely making it a regular thing. As for the facility: it can be a bit loud in those front rooms, since the entrance is so close. It didn't bother me but if you need absolute quiet, request a room further back. read more

I can count on one hand how many times I have done a review. This is not something I typically do. Today I treated myself and a friend to a 60 minute massage for our birthdays. The massage therapist did an excellent job. At the checkout, $150 later, I asked for water and the receptionist said there was no water due to Covid. Everyone knows the importance of water right after a massage. A bottle of water cost less than $.20, and a plastic cup with tapwater would be less than that. I feel this is a very poor managerial decision and it left a negative impression on me. read more

i don't feel qualified to judge this place solely on one massage but it wasn't the best. I was massaged by a Brianne and all over it wasn't the best massage. I am kind of ticklish but can contain giggling uncontrollably during a massage if it's done right...this one? I was squirming the entire time. She said she'd use more pressure and steer clear of the sides but she didn't. There were some moments that were enjoyable in between but then the end...she did this weird scratching thing...no bueno. I also want to speak to the atmosphere...being new it seems like you can get an appt almost as a walk in but the rooms, at least the one I was in was right off of the lobby. It was weird. Like, I am one turn of a door knob from being completely exposed to whoever happens to be sitting outside of it. It could have felt more private. If I went back I would just request someone else. read more

I had the worst Massage business experience ever. I am in excruciating pain and had been to massage cafe as a customer before. So I walk into the front door and ask if there's an opening for an acute massage. The red hair attendant should have been working at a S&M parlor. He says all attendants are busy and would make no attempt to call any other attendant and said they were going to close in a couple hours anyways. He was oblivious to my pain. On my way out there was a cooler with small waters and some individually wrapped small cookies for customers. I had been a customer on four previous occasions. So I take a cookie and redhaired commandant immediately told me to please place the cookie down it's only for customers, thus embarrassing me in front of the two people waiting for service. I will never go back to the massage café again unless I need some extra pain. read more

Went to Massage Cafe with a very stiff and sore back and got an excellent massage from John Veauthier. My appointment was at 2:45 p.m. and John was ready for me when I arrived, no waiting. He was very professional and definitely knows how to work sore muscles. Feeling so much better and highly recommend him. The atmosphere of the massage cafe is quiet and relaxing and they make you feel right at home. Great place! read more

Every time I come for a visit I go see Josh for a massage. I only go because he is amazing but they could really use better ambiance and quieter rooms. They need some aromatherapy, better massage oil, and don't use the rooms by the front doors unless you have too. read more

Had some serious neck and back pain after a few nights of falling asleep on the couch. I was able to call in the am for an early afternoon appointment. Aarica was my therapist and she did an amazing job - focusing on my problem areas. I like the fact that you can pick how long of a massage you want and you pay by the minute.
