However ,there was no consistency with my therapists; no one checking to ensure I was doing the exercises correctly. I was handed a bunch of things at the beginning of my session and that was basically it. My last session lasted 19 minutes with no one checking on me. I went to my doctor for a follow-up and he had not received the progress notes from my PT. My advice is to find out in advance if the facility has experience rehabilitating your type of injury (elbow in my case). While my doctor strongly feels i still need PT, I need to find a facility more in line with my needs and works more closely with their patients.
