He talked so much, it was hard to get any photos actually taken. We had to ask him to stop talking and to leave once he was finished, repeatedly. His photography skills are outdated and subpar. He didn't edit any of the photos he overcharged my family to access to even see what they would like to buy. Since you can see the living room and ceiling and edges of the screen he put up for our family to pose in front of...which some people are standing outside of the screen edges, we can't even edit them ourselves. First off, he responded to our Yelp inquiry very quickly and was very professional in sharing his experience, pricing, and expectations for the shoot. He was also great about scheduling the time and even followed up the day of to make sure it hadn't fallen off my calendar. He showed up about 10 minutes before the appointment and brought a slew of high end photographic equipment to make sure our suite was presented as well as humanly possible. He spent over an hour capturing every possible angle and was personable and polite. He turned around our photos in less than a week (2 1/2 days) and also made a small tweak at my request in less than a day. And the results are EXCEPTIONAL. Our family (12 of us, 6 kids, (ages 4-14) and 6 adults gathered in Santa Fe for Thanksgiving. Wanted family photos, each family, all of us, some individual shots. Chris was excellent at getting to look good, to smile for real, and made sever adjustments "on the fly" as new groupings came to mind.
