My daughter was excited and I left her there (was quoted ~ 2 hours for the perm) since she knows what she wanted done to her hair. Pics attached of the perm to this post. It was done in under two hours and when I picked her up the front was curly but I felt the back was ... not done?! We were told to let it 'air dry' and the curls are forever until her hair grows out. Few hours later after it was completely dry we still felt the back was not curly. It had a curtain of waves on top but the bottom looked like her before perm straight hair. I texted the stylist who did the perm the situation. She replied: "She honestly probably just needs a trim, as perms can be a little damaging. If you want to bring her in on friday or Saturday i can do it for her. No charge of course". My daughter was hesitant the trim would be done terribly as well, and in the end she wanted a headful of curls so we didn't go for the trim. Friendly service but sadly disappointing skills and pricey - $150.

I am so glad to have met Anna! I recently went for a facial and it was truly a wonderful, relaxing experience from start to finish. She is so warm and welcoming. Before we started, she took the time to talk with me about my skin concerns and goals, and we discussed my usual skin care routine. The facial was fantastic and included shoulders and arms/hands massage. I waltzed out of there feeling brand new! She carries natural, cruelty-free skin care products which is extremely important to me. I'm also pretty minimalist when it comes to products. She suggested a cleanser and moisturizer based on my combination skin type, and offered me her cell phone number so I could go home and think about it, and call her with any questions. No pressure to buy at all. I ended up buying the products right on the spot because I was eager to try them. I've been using them for almost a week now and I cannot believe the change in my skin! My skin is rejuvenated, balanced and wonderfully hydrated like never before. I am so thrilled. Thank you, Anna! I love Lindsey, she has saved my skin! I have been to the dermatologist for close to 10 years, have been on Accutane and other oral medications, as well as topical gels and creams for my acne and nothing has worked until now. Lindsey helped me with the health of my skin and introduced me to the Face Reality skincare line they carry, both of which have helped me immensely. I highly recommend Anna Elizabeth Esthetics. Not only have I had their facials and have used their products, but I got my first brow wax with Lindsey as well. I had never gotten one previously because I didn't trust anyone not to mess them up! I just wanted to take a minute and let everybody know that I am more than pleased with the wax Anna gave me. It was a much more pleasurable experience compared to other places I have gone. I really appreciated the extra time Anna took to do a fantastic job. I couldn't find any stray hair that needed plucking. My skin the morning after, well... lets just say it's like I was never waxed. I went home and scrubbed off as much of the tint with clarifying shampoo as I could so it was tolerable. It would have been beautiful with just one shade lighter. The biggest issue was the wound that was left from the threading. I couldn't get a decent picture of it, but it was very clearly from her pinching my skin too tightly in the one spot with the thread. It doesn't look bad, but hurts terribly even several days later whenever I try to put on makeup or moisturizer. It was just a mistake honestly... Overall, this threading was much less painful than others I have gotten. I would like to come back and give them another chance. Maybe it was just an off day.
