Karen stepped in, gathered the info needed, provided a list of 6 properties on the preferred UES, and my daughter liked and would have taken 3 of the 6. Next came the income verification, letters of guarantor, explanations of 1st month, last month, security deposits, and the fact that apartments in NY disappear FAST if you miss out on the paper chase. Karen was AMAZINGLY organized, incredibly efficient and kudos to her for getting everything needed from 3 twenty something year old girls.
