Gene helped my Mother, a senior citizen, to sell her house in Wayne, NJ. He was able to get her an excellent, but also fair, price on the home in a relatively short period of time. Far more important to me was Gene's willingness to go far beyond the requirements of his contractual relationship with my Mother. He was able to assist her through the process and take all of the headaches on himself. This included finding workers, of various trades, to make improvements on the home, or to satisfy requirements put forward by inspectors. Additionally, Gene was there to pull in low cost contractors to haul away junk or to assist with any other unforeseen circumstances encountered in the home sale process. For every situation, Gene had seen it before and had solutions at the ready. Even when my Mother's car started faltering, Gene was there to provide rides and line up a mechanic.
