This is the third time I have ordered flowers from Anna Rose Florals. I don't live nearby so each time I have ordered online. And unlike other places that make skimpy arrangements or don't do as nice a job when it's a remote customer, I have NEVER gotten anything that seemed less than if I had walked in. The recipient is always thrilled and gushes about how lovely they are. And to be clear, she would tell me otherwise if they weren't. Before I found Anna Rose Floral I used others and she called and thanked me but said she didn't want me to use this or that again because they sent wilted or not nice flowers etc. So when she gushes, it is a credit to the florist. I find the prices to be very reasonable for the product they provide. Let's face it. Flowers are not a cheap gift. But these flowers are very reasonably priced given the quality and the beauty. I wanted to use a local Floral shop for my delivery in Sufferin NY. I usually use the big companies that deliver to every state through "their" chosen floral shops and the last few times had a bad experience either with late delivery or not delivering the arrangement I ordered. I went a different route this time and used Yelp and called directly. I ordered my arrangement on Friday and as promised they delivered the arrangement promptly Saturday morning. I paid a small premium going this route but it was worth it knowing the flowers were delivered as promised. The woman I spoke with couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. I believe she was the owner. I would feel very confident using them in the future for any future orders to my family in NYC. She was quick to respond to any emails or phone calls and took the time to set up an arrangement (complete with candles and rose petals) so that I would know exactly what my centerpieces looked like. Most importantly, I told her exactly what my budget was and she had no problems staying within it while delivering extraordinary service. I was too busy fussing with my dress, hair, make-up and what not on the day of, but I was told that she was super professional and handled a mini crisis that arose with ease. Well I went with them because of recommendations and seeing previous work. Thought it was going to be a easy process, I was sorely mistaken. The initial meeting I thought they "got me" and after that was all downhill. They never gave me a set price I was just going off the idea it would be within the budget i set. I even took out 10 centerpieces from my initial list of 20 and did them myself and was still charged in the same realm for a very underwhelming result. I was very specific i hateddd roses but was talking into using a coupleeee "garden" roses to fill it because peonies weren't in season and they looked similar which i was good with along with mostly ranunculus and anenomes. I wanted a spray bouquet & was very specific i didn't want structure i wanted hanging greenery. The day of my wedding the delivery person didn't even announce that they even showed up they walked into my house dropped it on a piece of furniture and walked out (which was extremely rude).. they did the same when delivering the boutonnières.. knocked handed them to my husband and walked away.. not even pleasantries were exchanged. I had to call looking for my bouquet because I didn't even know it had arrived. then what was it filled with Casablanca roses which look like normal roses that I specified I hated. There were like 2 ranunclus and 2 anemones and it was pretty structured and tinyyy (looked like a bridesmaids bouquet). thank God for my bridesmaid because it had to be remade an hour before my ceremony. then I had spray toppers on high stands for 9 of my tables for what I paid they were very sad looking. due to the circumstances of how came to choose them to work with..I really thought they would definitely taken better care of me or at least have more respect then not putting up a schedule together and then demanding I pay the remainder or they wouldn't make my pieces two days before the wedding (which I get paying the balance before the day but they should've contacted me and taken that initiative I am in the middle of planning a wedding after all) or given me a day from the get go to have it paid by. Communication was really not there and I had to constantly keep reiterating what services they were providing for me and the amount of center pieces they were making. I wish they would've been more thorough in the details than being so concerned and rude about the money that i was all too willing to give them in a timely manner. it just was a mess and I was really really disappointed in all my dealings with them and I really really wanted to like them and for them to have blown me away. lesson learned I'll never be using them again. if you use them just make sure you put your foot down and you demand an itemized price list and a timeline of when things need to be paid and are very very clear on what you expect. read more

Perfection!!! Anna Rose did the spectacular flowers for my son and his beautiful bride's wedding on 7/7/17 at the Brooklyn Winery in Brooklyn. Michael is an artist who managed to make the bride's dreams for her wedding day flowers into reality, while staying within budget. Several guests commented on how beautiful everything looked, and wanted to know who did the flowers. The flowers were unique and so fresh! Michael delivered all the bouquets in mason jars with water so they would be perfectly fresh for the walk down the aisle. The whole staff were so responsive any time we needed to communicate, and they did setup and take down in Brooklyn seamlessly with zero stress for us. I love this place! read more

I really loved the person who designed my flowers, Michael. He was really nice and did his best to listen to what I wanted. It took several sessions to my flowers just right but in the end they were perfect on the wedding day. The only reason I'm disappointed is because my flowers that were arranged for my rehearsal dinner never showed up. I walked in and had to frantically call the florist that night and couldn't get in touch until the morning of my wedding. I was panicked they forgot about my wedding as well. The wedding was fine, and they did say it was the delivery guy that never delivered the flowers (I'm not sure I believe that). I just wish they had followed up and apologized a little more than the quick return phone call the day of my wedding. A follow up call and maybe a free bouquet or some kind of a store credit offer would have gone a long way rather than hoping I never complain or come back. read more
