And unlike other places that make skimpy arrangements or don't do as nice a job when it's a remote customer, I have NEVER gotten anything that seemed less than if I had walked in. The recipient is always thrilled and gushes about how lovely they are. And to be clear, she would tell me otherwise if they weren't. Before I found Anna Rose Floral I used others and she called and thanked me but said she didn't want me to use this or that again because they sent wilted or not nice flowers etc. So when she gushes, it is a credit to the florist. I find the prices to be very reasonable for the product they provide. Let's face it. Flowers are not a cheap gift. But these flowers are very reasonably priced given the quality and the beauty. Harvey was a absolutely wonderful in helping me choose a Poinsettia along with the perfect container. The poinsettia I purchased was $15.00. In addition, I purchased a very attractive gold container. After several visits to Brookside, this city girl that has only known concrete officially has a green thumb. The staff at Brookside are extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable about gardening and the life spans of all of the flowers and plants. He encouraged me to make lovely pots at home. What a clever salesman. The prices were reasonable which also encouraged me to buy more. The cashier and office staff were also very cordial. This seems to be a well ran family business (I don't know, just guessing). I come here often for two reasons: customer service and fair prices. A great local business that proved to me a rose can grown from concrete.

When we picked it up, we politely asked if they could add more filler to make it look fuller and even said we'd PAY extra for it. Instead, the two rude women working there acted like we insulted their life's work. One of them actually took the bouquet apart in front of us, barely moved anything around, then tied it back even tighter so it looked smaller than before. Their attitudes were absolutely disgusting -- they acted like they worked at Chanel instead of a mediocre flower shop selling grocery-store quality roses. And somehow they had the audacity to charge $83 for a dozen roses that looked worse than the bouquets you can buy at ShopRite for half the price. Honestly, ShopRite flowers look more professional and cared for than this mess. I ended up having to completely redo the bouquet myself at home and go buy extra filler because they clearly couldn't be bothered to do the bare minimum for such an important occasion. The photos speak for themselves -- it's painfully obvious which bouquet came from this place. -1000 stars for both quality and customer service. Rude, lazy, overpriced, and completely unhelpful. Save your money and make your own bouquet because these people clearly do not care about their customers or their work.

When I walked into the church, the first thing I said was how sparce the arrangment looked. She had the arrangement quite a bit higher than the urn, but did not fill in with flowers. She used white roses, which had a green tint. According to her that was because of the species of the rose. Four days later, three of the roses rotted at their base and fell of the stems. The blue delphinium had some blooms, but alot of stringy areas with buds, but no blooms. The arrangement did not look at all like the picture.
