She rushed a full gel and it showed. Nails were different lengths and looked so unprofessional. JASMINE at FANTASY NAILS took one look at my nails and told me, she would try to fix them. Well she was able to remove the set I had just gotten the week before and gave me a perfectly new gel set that looks perfect! I actually put off going because I just don't like the fact I'm sitting there for a while. (Now a pedicure, I could sit for hours). So by the time I go my nails have grown out a lot but never a break or a chip. She also is amazing at hand drawing designs. I get tons of compliments from strangers about my nails all the time, even when they've grown out so much they look ridiculous to me. I will NEVER go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

I've been getting soak-off gel manicures for many years and never have I had someone remove all of the soak-off gel with an electric nail file (no soak). Not only that but they prime the cuticle for cutting with the electric file as well with no oil or pre-soak. Every time I've gotten my nails done here my nails split down the side, which I've never had happen before, and have major "ring of fire" lines post-removal due to the excessive filing of the nail bed. I've gone here several times since I've moved to the area hoping that it was just an "off visit" - but each time I'm met with the same service and after effect. Again, the employees are lovely but unfortunately, my nails can't withstand the damage inflicted.

I was seated next to a lady getting a full pedicure gel polish and all. When I sat down, the tech had just started painting her feet. When I was done she was still under the UV light. Kiki ran through my service like it was a race. She won and lost at the same time. Nah im good...she may be the best at her job but her service was not for me. $38 Pedicure, $20 tip not because she was good, but because I'm a decent person. I am obsessed with how neat & clean my nails look. As far as all the other reviews about their gel nails cracking, it's 100% probably because their nails are weak. As a person who knows how to do their own gel nails, you can't have a weak foundation & expect sturdy long lasting results. Maybe let your nails breathe, use a nail strengthening polish for some time and refrain from using the nail machine when getting them done. Ask for them to use a hand file instead. The only con I have: I was 10 mins late and she still had a client. However she was finishing up, so by the time I was done washing my hands and picking my color, her client had already gotten up from the chair. I will definitely be coming back!

When I was asked if I wanted a design, I thought it would've been a real design as I saw another customer receive. Unfortunately it was a tiny heart placed on one finger per hand, for $10. The cost and experience don't match. I was really hoping to love this place. The gentleman that was there doing someone's pedicure made the woman leave the shop yelling and highly upset and said out loud to the women working there that the guy did a a horrible job and the woman said to me and the other two women there (getting their nails done) not to let him do our pedicure. I have added nail pictures and pictures of my eyebrows showing the hair that was left behind. Also, there is no air conditioning or fan. I appreciated the small bottle of water that was given to me and I actually greatly appreciated it. I was sweating profusely.
