I had my nails done here on Friday. I walked in at 4:17, left at 6:11. The only things I did not appreciate was the long wait, there were only 2 nail techs working on nails, one guy was doing a pedicure. When the one girl started my nails, she then got up and left to go do someone else's without even explaining to the other girl what she did/didn't do yet. I also didn't appreciate the high price for the worst design. I literally paid $10 for a small heart sticker. When I was asked if I wanted a design, I thought it would've been a real design as I saw another customer receive. Unfortunately it was a tiny heart placed on one finger per hand, for $10. The cost and experience don't match. I was really hoping to love this place. The gentleman that was there doing someone's pedicure made the woman leave the shop yelling and highly upset and said out loud to the women working there that the guy did a a horrible job and the woman said to me and the other two women there (getting their nails done) not to let him do our pedicure. I have added nail pictures and pictures of my eyebrows showing the hair that was left behind. Also, there is no air conditioning or fan. I appreciated the small bottle of water that was given to me and I actually greatly appreciated it. I was sweating profusely. read more

Im so glad I went here. I got a full set of acrylics and a pedicure and let me tell you finding a clean and attentive place that's not over priced is hard to come by these days. I'm very happy with my nails. They have a great variety of colors and cute stickers and gems. Went by fast but I still felt very taking care of and not rushed. I had such a mixed, weird experience here! It started off SO GOOD and i had a great pedicure. But once my manicure started all bets were off. Once another customer can into the salon, my tech rushed everything and my nails ending up bubbling while drying! So i voiced concern and decided maybe i should get a gel mani instead, and another tech actually caught an attitude with me saying i should have done that in the first place! Alright girl.. im not sure i will come back here, but it was decently clean and there were a sufficient amount of stations. read more

So I did I went to Logan nails on 9w .. my nails were done by Jenny she's very good with designs, she's funny and nice to talk to. It's hard to work with my nails because they're shaped Like fans but I can not lie she did a very good job on them and I love them!! read more

I usually make an appointment but that never seems to matter the gal that does my nails(Sarah)! they are so greedy that no matter what the schedule is they will take whoever comes thru the door! it isn't a matter of good customer service because you should honor your appointments especially irregular customers! I will never go back after the last time there because she kept me waiting for over 2 hours I would have left but she had me sitting at the pedicure chair! I had my niece with me and she said I will go see what is keeping her this is an eight year old...she came back with this look on her face and said she is doing someone else's nailsl! I should have left! Finally got done and left her zero tip. I should have left her a penny if I only thought of it! Unfortunately the job they do is fairly good but it isn't worth the aggravation and they are more expensive than most salons! If I could give no stars I would I was so angry! She and her employees deliver perfection, and she exceeds any nail salon/spa when it comes to nail art. While scrolling through the comments, I read complaints about unsanitary conditions.The salon is spotless. I've NEVER had an infection in over 10 years, and I'm there on a regular basis. well.. I've been there off and on for several years. However the past year the service is not so acceptable. Gel polish chips within two days...typically. Also, skin infection. Since the infection , I'm done going there. Also, nail pricing, mani and pedi's, gel always has different pricing. It's too bad, because i always like to support local business. read more
