They have many flavors of ice cream that can be customized into various treats like shakes, waffle cones & waffle bowls. A popular option is to have your creation served in a cup. The cups come in three different sizes called "like it", "love it" or "gotta have it". (small, medium, or large) They offer many signature recipes or you can create your own with their large variety of toppings and mix-ins. Your ingredients are all mixed together on a cold stone and served to you. The ice cream is made fresh in the store each day. I felt that my mix-ins weren't mixed in well at all. Next time, I'll be eagle-eyed and keep my eye on the worker to make sure that the toppings are mixed-in to my liking. The workers did not greet any of the customers and seemed like they hated being there. They had no sense of urgency despite the long line. Many customers walked out. Profits and income flew out the door. A positive vibe from the staff could have been beneficial in mitigating the exit of customers. They barely looked up when customers gave their ice cream request. The ice cream was fine, but the overall experience was dimmed by the subpar customer service.
