Talk about Unlimited Ice cream last week I had the pleasure of going to Ben and Jerry's Ice cream day and was able to go back in line as many times as I could for absolutely no cost at all to obtain free ice cream. I tried a bunch of different flavors and my favorite one was the ultra violet. Ben and Jerry's ice cream is so rich and mouth watering with every bite I am filled with happiness. Had Carmel ice cream it was not good like it was before. The quality of ice cream is not same

I love that they offer vegan flavors. My sons & I really enjoy their ice cream. I wish when you're paying the staff would ask for ur info to log your points. I have a hard time remembering. Maddy at the Daytona Beach location at 230 Daytona Blvd when we walked in at 931pm- the shop closed at 10pm- had the lights off already and was sweeping when we entered with 6 other people. She continued sweeping the floor and didn't acknowledge our group nor the other 2 people already standing there. I asked if they were still open till 10pm and Maddy responded, "I guess" and then threw her cleaning bottle at the wall and grabbed the broom and dustpan and went into the back room without another word. 6 of the 8 people left after this dispkay of terrible customer service. I went back in and the 2 people were still standing there and relayed that she still had not come back out. I waited for a few moments and when she came out I asked her name so I could note it in this review. Horrible horrible service. We watched many others walk in and back out without ice cream as the others that left were in line at the shave ice store across from there. I would give it zero stars if I could but being a business owner one person like this not only ruins your work culture and our repeat business. read more

I'm a huge fan of Ben & Jerry's ice cream, but I had never been to one of their scoop shops. We decided to remedy that and stopped by this location on our way back from a weekend trip in Palm Coast. The shop looked nice on the outside and had cool decor on the inside. There was a counter area where you could enjoy your treat inside or several tables outside. I ordered a small waffle cone which is two scoops of ice cream. I decided to do one scoop of New York Super Fudge Chunk and one scoop of Coffee, Coffee BuzzBuzzBuzz since I don't see these flavors as often at my local stores. Scoops were large and full of deliciousness as is typical for a Ben & Jerry's flavor. Two scoops are a bit much for me so I couldn't quite finish it, but I enjoyed every creamy and tasty bite! My boyfriend got an Addicted to Chocolate shake and enjoyed it very much. Ice cream is a bit pricy here, but it also is in stores so that's to be expected. Overall, I enjoyed the ice cream, I like the ethics of the brand, and I'd visit a scoop shop again in the future! read more

They had two vegan ice creams to choose from, which isn't a whole lot, but hey, it's something. The employee took his time going over those flavors with us, and telling us about the only vegan option as far as comes go, even though other customers were in line and I wasn't trying to hold anyone up. That was nice. Nowhere near the selection of B&J non dairy as the grocery store, but it was nice to have that experience of eating it in the store, and I liked the wooden spoons! read more

Because a lot of the ice cream advertised was replaced or just not there, I got 2 ice creams and you can easily see the portions were very different from each other, which is confusing because they were using the same scoop for both, so how do you mess that up?!? My boyfriend and I were walking our two dogs when we decided to stop in for a banana split. I waited outside while my boyfriend went inside to order. Joseph and henry told my boyfriend that they would be thrilled to let the dogs come in for a whipped cream treat and ice cold water. Their customer service along with their positive attitudes were far beyond any standard of any company policy that I've hear of. These two went above and beyond and I am so happy to have learned of their dog friendly environment! We both left in a better mood than when we first walked in. You can never go wrong with this ice cream. This was our first time visiting as we were in the area. The prices are what you would expect visiting this type of location in a very tourist area in Daytonna. What we paid for three ice creams is what we could pay for 5-6 cartons at the store. They have a great outdoor where you can people watch and enjoy the nice atmosphere. Overall, my daughter and wife were very happy with the nice dessert after dinner. read more

This Ben & Jerry's is in a nice newly built shopping plaza, it was very clean inside and like make ice cream shops had very limited seating. We came for the vegan/dairy free flavors and they did not disappoint! I had the diary free choc chip cookie dough and a diary free coconut almond flavor.... I was in animal free ice cream heaven! I wish they had more room to offer indoor seating but there was a few tables outside. read more

All I can say is that the vanilla ice cream was bland. Tasteless. Boring. There was about 1 and a half tablespoons of hot fudge and no cherry on top. Seriously? BOOOORRRRRIIIINNNGGGG! All of that? For $6.95? I guess I'll stick with the Ben and Jerry's I get from Publix. It's cheaper and I can buy a better vanilla ice cream if I really want a hot fudge sundae! Almost accidentally ate here out of convenience, but then walked in and saw the multiple shrines to taking a knee with Colin kaepernick then decided to drive to literally any other ice cream joint that cares more about a quality product instead of pushing propaganda down peoples throats. Take a 10 minute drive to Ritters frozen custard where you will have no idea how they want you to vote but you will know that the ice cream is delicious. read more

Ben and Jerry's is practically a house hold name so the quality never disappoints. There were so many flavors to chose from and even had options for dairy free. The parking in One Daytona is definitely one of its major downfalls so I couldnt see myself stopping here if I felt like something sweet because you rarely can find parking in front of any of the shops. Really good ice cream and super nice staff. However, wooden spoons? I'm all about bettering the environment but not offering the option of plastic spoons and straws is ridiculous! My husband had to drink his milk shake by turning the cup up bc his wooden straw collapsed. Seriously consider getting plastic spoon and straw options back. I ordered online a cake for my son to pick it up after 5 o'clock. I was an hour and a half late due to work. First I show up to the store and enter through the line. The store was empty. I was not ordering ice cream so I went to the cash registers. I patiently waited while two employees were doing something on the back counter. Then another customer walks in grabs drinks and the girl immediately comes over to ring her up. Still doesn't acknowledge me. This made me upset. Am I invisible I ask? Next the manager comes out and proceeds to tell me that my cake order never arrived to the store until 10 minutes before it was due. So they do not have a cake. Almost 7 o'clock and no cake for my son. I just don't know how this happens. Do they not check the computer system? I will never be back. Their ice cream isn't that good. I'll go elsewhere for better service and less stress. read more

I wouldn't not give Ben & Jerry's a 5-star review but here's why I didn't. I loved the flavors I got but was charged a dollar for extra sprinkles and our service was okay but nothing to brag about. As a suggestion, Ben & Jerry's should make waffle chips as a topping. For those of us who don't want an entire waffle cone or waffle bowl. I got the waffle bowl and it is very messy. The bowl also limits the amount of icecream you get in it too. Product was great, icecream flavors never lets me down! read more
