Always too busy and only one tech was able to do the dip set it in the past. Called today and was told I could come now to get a dip set and pedicure. I had a hectic schedule and thought it was a great opportunity to see if the same level of service was the norm. It wasn't. Same phenomenal environment I recalled from before. The customer before me said her nails were too thick. Should have been a red flag for me. I told the tech my nails were too thick. Looked like press on nails on my nail beds. I will not post a pic. I will not be back. My nails beds are swollen. Waiting a week to go see my favorite place to let the swelling go down to get it fixed. $98 for basic pedicure (0 stars) and dip set.
