I came in to get a pedicure with my mom since we were in the area & I don't recommend this place at all.. The service was done with little to no effort. When I asked the lady to fix my toe nails since they were badly shaped, badly filed & the cuticles weren't cut, twice, she seemed very annoyed & made it super uncomfortable for me. The nail polish I originally chose was bubbling and the ladies there kept saying it was my nails so they buffed them & when they put the nail polish it kept doing the same thing so I changed it the polish again to a sheer color & it came out normal. I can't make this horrible experience up, just look at my toe nails how horrible they came out, nail polish all over my skin, uneven shape, my cuticles cut badly. P.s. I do get my feet & nails done every 2-3 weeks at nailed nail bar in uptown where they do amazing & treat me amazing so this is unacceptable as a business. read more

The wax and the hot towel service was not hot it maybe like room temperature. There weren't many designs to choose from either. Overall I didn't enjoy my service. My first time coming and overall experience was subpar... Let's start with the positive, great leg massage during pedicure. Now the negatives, my pedicure didn't spend much time scraping the winter build up off of the bottom of my feet. The manicure was the worst. She rushed the entire time. I even asked if she had another appointment to get to lol. I can't stand uneven French polish and she became annoyed when I asked her to fix it to my liking. Definitely wasn't worth the $75 I spent. I am a new resident of Cedar Hill & off of the recommendation of a male (should have known better) coworker I visited this salon. I visited early on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 to get a full set of gel nails for Christmas. I showed my nail tech a photo of exactly what I wanted. I left with butchered cuticles, a full set of hot mess, & two days later... raging infection on three fingers. Several times during my session I asked the nail tech not to be so rough. While she responded with apologies she did not lighten up until she cut my cuticle to bleeding, after which she instructed me to go wash my hands with cold water. After she shaped the nails I informed her that they were not even in length or shape. She informed me that it was because my fingers are not uniform & because my right hand is bigger than the left. The stranger seated beside me even told her that the nails didn't look even. At that, she threw down her tools, quoted me, "thirty-five dallah" & walked away. Everyone in the area including the salon staff's eyebrows were raised. I requested the manager because I felt that $35 was unfair for the botched, rushed, painful job. She informed me that she could reshape them, & repaint them herself if I came back LATER IN THE WEEK...because she had appointments for the rest of the day. I refused, so she took a whopping $5 off of my tab! It is a joke to compare my nails to the picture of what I requested especially considering the redness, & swelling from the infection in the cuticles of my middle, ring finger, & thumb. I've been going here for the better part of 7 years, and I've always been very happy. I live in Oak Cliff, but I'm willing to drive to Cedar Hill because of the quality work they do. I've had minor problems. Once, an appointment got screwed up, but only small things like that. I get a full set about every month and half and I'm always satisfied. I've never had a pedicure here but I've bought them as a gifts and everyone is always happy with the results. Of course English is not the first language of most of the girls here, but they know enough to get by. If a problem arises, there is always one girl that speaks English well enough to translate. I recommend the nail stylist Tu. She is definitely the best in the salon, and the only one I'll use for a full set. (If she's not available for a fill, I'll use one of the other girls). I know she works on Thursday, because that's always the day I go. I'm sure she works other days too. If you want her though, it's best to make an appointment. She's always very busy. So if you're looking for quality manicures and pedicures, I'd definitely recommend Deluxe Nail Salon. read more

I went into this place the day before Thanksgiving without an appointment. I needed an emergency eyebrow and lip wax. I did not have to wait. The girl who did my waxing did a really good job and even tweezed The few hairs that did not get picked up by the way to give me a super clean look.
