Went in for polish change on my toes. There was 1 customer being serviced. Nobody else in the salon. The gentleman asked how could they help me and I said I wanted my toes polished. He hollered to the back a few words and "polish on toes" and said just a moment. The lady he was speaking to looked out from where she was, and then proceeded to do anything and everything else for almost 10 mins. I got up to leave after about 8 minutes and the man said "oh just one minute maam she's coming." He then shouted something else out to her. She came out of the room, stood and drank water, walked around the desk at the front another couple of minutes, then rudely shouted at me "so what do you need?" I'm not sure why she asked because he had already told her. I said "regular polish on my toes." I brought my own polish, but she then shouted to me "it's $22 for regular and $25 for gel." Now, just yesterday, my friend who I'm going to dinner with today, went to Bella and paid $15 for polish only on her toes. It seems the lady was trying to price gouge because there were no customers. I guess she didn't feel like working. I left and just painted my own toes since I was now crunched for time after being in the salon close to 15 minutes- probably the same amount of time it would have taken to polish my toes in a place that had 2 workers and 1 customer. read more

I will admit the pictures in my maps search is what made me go to this business, but the service and quality did not reflect the photos. While gluing on my nails i asked for an adjustment of the nail because even though my fingers are slightly slanted I wanted the nails to be straight when i hold my hand out so I asked if he could adjust. I was then met with a response of "Im a professional just let me work" which is okay, but then he said "You have man hands so it's harder" ... how are you a "professional" but then insult me because i asked for my nails to be glued on a certain way. I was taken aback by this comment and was quiet the rest of my service just in case he would be able to make them look straight during the acrylic process. He DID NOT ... now i'm stuck with my nails looking crooked and i know I stated my fingers are slightly crooked, but I have never in my life been unable to have straight nails by other nail techs ... I felt ashamed of my hands and disrespected and I will never return. read more

This nail shop has new owners and it has been beautifully redesigned. There are only 2 workers, a husband and wife so I'd suggest making an appointment. The husband does really good nails and he takes his time. He can do just about any design, as long as you show him a picture. The work is good quality! Here are the cons about this place...THEY CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING!! I went in for a fill and the cost after I was done was completely absurd!! Again, I went for a fill, meaning my nails were already shaped, no new length or file down, I had no chips/cracks or breakage....a fill and 2 designs on each hand. I was charged $30 for 4 designs!!! Not even with crystals and stones, it was 4 simple designs. I was charged $10 for length which my nails are not long, if I can make a fist, that tells you my nails are not long. $5 for shape. My nails were already almond shaped from my previous set. My total was well over $100 range. Which was absolutely RIDICULOUS if you ask me for the simple nail work that I had done. I was really blown because they did my nails weeks prior and I paid less the time before with a new set and designs on every finger than I did with this fill in set with 4 designs. I do feel as though that are up charging due to the lack of clientele. read more

If I could give this shop a negative 50 stars I would. The man/owner was very rude! I asked for assistance with selecting the color in a picture I had and I asked for his opinion. We looked at several pinks trying to select the best one. When I noticed his frustration, I said, "I hope you're not getting frustrated with me, I just wanted your input". He said, "I don't have time to spend on picking colors, I'm a very busy person". Toward the completion of my nails I told him I don't want the pedicure and that I was ready to go. He then began yelling and trying to intimidate me. Then told me I can go and I said I sure can. I did pay for my service because I'm not one of those people who cause problems to get out of paying. I told him that if I'm paying my money I expect to be treated and spoken to politely and professionally. Furthermore telling a customer you don't have time to help them is rude, and his tone of voice was rude as well. If you want good customer service, this is not the place for you! I took my daughter for the first time to get her nails done. There was an older male there that started working on my daughters nails but after about 30 minutes he gave up and someone else came to finish what he had attempted to do. After completion my daughter paid, but I noticed that the nails already looked like they were starting to crack so we notified the young lady at the place and she said the next time we came in she would fix it. My issue is that someone with experience should have worked on her nails instead of someone who did not know what he was doing. It was a wasted 30 dollars and we wont be returning again. read more
