The facility is pretty clean and what I love is that they use reflexology and acupressure techniques as part of their massages. I really liked Angela and Jason here and they both had different styles of massages. Angela focused more on acupressure and that was really nice. She also was more thorough with her massage like focusing on the head, face and rest of the body. Jason was great too but he focused more on reflexology. He definitely worked on the knots in my shoulders and back because both were quite stiff. But I think he is a specialist in reflexology because he spent a lot of time on my feet. Feet reflexology is awesome where they focus on the points in your feet and you literally feel so much lighter afterward. Overall I prefer a combination of the acupressure and reflexology and for my massages, definitely their deep tissue is the best. They really know what they are doing. Highly recommend this place!

I am glad I did, because that was one of the best decisions I have made. Rose is an incredibly knowledgeable person and does an excellent job of passing that information on. She was able to pinpoint issues I had, before I even mentioned them. She was able to determine the cause and effect and easily manipulate muscles back into place. Some bigger issues obviously take more sessions to fix but I felt so much better than I have in the past couple of years and I regained some strength that had gone missing. Can't give 5 stars because I asked for a light massage a few times and I still got a deep massage…read more They didn't give me any paper work to fill in before my session so a few seconds before my massage, I explained I had shoulder pain and all I wanted was a light relaxing massage. I didn't get it. If you like strong massages, this is your place. I was also constantly cold, they only have a very thin white sheet on the beds, and bed doesn't get warm. When they worked on your legs for instance, both of them are uncovered. It made me feel cold. They don't tell you what is coming so be aware if you asked for hot stones and warm towels. Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience which surprised me because it has good reviews. I think it's pricey for what I got.
