She was extremely gracious when we had to cut our budget, and with her time on the wedding day, stepping in to help my bridesmaids assemble their DIY bouquets with flowers they got elsewhere. Ultimately Susan did our wedding arch, my bouquet, some of our centerpieces, and the mantle and sweetheart table. Everything was absolutely gorgeous. She even let us borrow some floating candle vases for our centerpieces so that we wouldn't have to buy our own. Seriously, just one of the kindest women. My only issue was the size of my bouquet. It was huge! It covered my dress and really overtook some of the photos. I didn't know this was something I had to consider and wish it had been brought up in one of our conversations. Still, it was beautiful nonetheless. I just wish it had been small so it didn't overshadow me and my dress in the pictures and wasn't so heavy.
