this IS angela's nails spa near the giant, for those looking to write a review as well since they closed their google reviews. i went in ORIGINALLY for a manicure and eyebrows, nothing crazy. after tapping on the black and stating "i want the black" multiple times, even gave the number, i was given a red-pink, to which everyone i know now calls "hooker red"... didn't care much about the nail color, i honestly just wanted my nails CUT. after the nails, with little conversation or interaction (which i personally didn't mind, i don't really like talking), i was taken to get waxed in the same seats as the pedicure, to which i then decided to get my man hairs waxed as well, save me the time. bad idea. after the waxing, my face was bright red and puffy as hell FOR HOURS, smothered in baby oil. after the swelling went down, my eyebrows are uneven, the wax was STILL on my face, and now i notice my man hairs are STILL there and I'm even breaking out in pimples on my chin. after calling the salon and expressing how upset i was, they wanted me to come back in again. i stated i didn't feel comfortable with it and would simply like a refund, to which they told me they "don't do refunds". I'm filing a chargeback with my bank and never returning. read more

Let me start by saying it takes A LOT for me to leave a review, however, I just had probably the worst gel manicure I've ever had. I just spent the last 10 minutes in my car reshaping and filing my nails. The tech left polish and top coat all over the sides of my nails and underneath. I had to point out several areas for her to fix that looked terrible that I guess she didn't notice. Not to mention, my nails were not even shaped evenly. Just the worst. I've had this particular tech in the past and had a similar experience. Thought I'd give her another chance, but unfortunately, same experience. Very disappointed. read more

Always a great experience! Everyone is very friendly and they take their time with you. It's not a huge place so it's helpful to make an appointment, especially if you're going with a friend! I have gotten gel nail polish, powder, and pedicures here. this past time I asked them to get a corner of my nail since it's painful and she did an amazing job helping me out with it. Feeling totally relaxed and relieved. Very clean as well. Highly recommend! read more

I was impressed with the color selection and service. The women working were very friendly, kind, and took their time. I was a walk in, in their defense. However, I asked if they had time for me and what I wanted to get done. I showed them pictures of the different designs on each nail, which one woman responded "ok that's not a problem." They informed me that if they had other clients come in, I may have to wait, which wasn't an issue for me bc I had time. After the acrylic was put on and filed, the one woman passed me off to another, which was fine. She asked what design I wanted. I went on to show her, and she told me I can only pick one. I asked her if she was not able to do the other designs, which, honestly I could do myself with the right tools. She responded, "No. I can do all of these designs but I only want to do one on one finger on each hand bc I don't want to take that long on designs. We were closed yesterday and are busy today." But the thing is, from what I saw, there were only other walk-ins and I told her I didn't mind waiting. When she said I was finished, I looked at the inside of my nails and they were still filled with acrylic. I had to get her to file the inside of my nails to get it all off. I was going to give this place another chance bc I did ask if I made an apt, if she could do the designs I wanted, and she said yes. But after I left, my nails looked like I already had my nails done for at least a week from the grow out look. Looks like I'll have to find another nail salon for my nail techs. Had a Mani and pedi done. Winnie was the lady that did them both. I thought the nails looked ok when I left but when I got home found that winnie had missed a few corners on my toes and hands. My finger nail you can see the brush marks and the under coat in spots because not enough nail polish was applied I didn't have time to go back because I was leaving town. One day later and the nail polish on my finger nails are chipping. I won't be returning. While I was there winnie also was talking bad about another customer to me that's bad business I should have known then. read more

This is the best nail salon I've ever been to I go every 2-3 weeks to get my acrylics, I always get the gel nail polish and it lasts forever until I get the acrylic fill ins. They ladies are very nice and they always treat their customers with respect, I don't know what they say in their own language but in English they are very nice. They have good prices although they do try to push you to get gel nail polish. They are gentle with your hands and I always try to tip the lady that does my nails $5 and theirs a Dunkin' Donuts in the same area I go to after I get my nails done. Anna's Nail Salon is the best place to get your nails done. Anna is very kind. Her staff is always friendly. I always feel welcomed and relaxed. I'm never bothered by their choice I'm music or tv. As for the nails, These girls are artists! Perfectly shaped and the colors are bling! Never have I had my acrylic nails last so long! 4 weeks and not a break. Was referred to this salon by a few people and I have never been more disappointed. My sister and I both got gel pedicures and both polish jobs were not good, but mine manicurist was awful. She had a displeased look on her face the entire time, used a dryer for hands on my feet, never pushed back my cuticles, polish on my skin, water was cold and she didn't say one word to me. $38 down the drain because I will now have to go get them fixed somewhere else! This was my first time getting my nails done EVER and I had a wonderful experience. I went to the nail salon as a walk-in and was able to be helped right away. I got gel polish on my fingers ($25) and toes ($20). There was a very large selection of colors available. The salon was very clean and everyone was very friendly and made me feel very welcome! My nail tech made sure I was happy with the shape and color and was very gentle with my nails. I would definitely visit this nail salon again and would highly recommend it!! read more

I went there one night with my granddaughter without an appointment. My granddaughter had gone there before and was very happy with their work. Fortunately they were not busy and took us. On top of everything we were in a rush. I asked if we could be done in 45 minutes. We were assured we would be. At one point, I mentioned to my granddaughter that I was very hungry. Ms. Anna offered me an apple. How sweet was that! I declined as I couldn't figure out how I would hold it with the nails going in and out of the drying thing, etc. My gel nails grew out but never chipped. Impressed, I went again.
