This salon did a great job on my pedicure. The staff was highly professional. My only big problem with the salon was why are the dryers for the pedicures so far from where the polish is applied? I ended up smudging part of my polish off while I walked across the salon. read more

I walked in everyone was courteous and friendly. I was given a bottle of water immediately and asked what I was looking to have done. I got a regular pedicure for $20. I forget the young lady that did them, but she did a good job too. I was really impressed with the paraffin wax they used on my heels at the end of my pedicure. I couldn't believe that was part of the regular pedi so it was a pleasant surprise! Ivy did an absolute bang up job on my nails! I got the dip powder for $32. My only complaint is that there's no discount for combining servcies. read more

My grandmom, mom, sisters, and I have been going to this salon for awhile now. It is absolutely the best and we will never go elsewhere. I usually call ahead to try and have Lin do my nails but everyone is great. My gel manicures last 3+ weeks with no chipping or lifting. They take their time with the pedicures and do a great job with them too. My mom gets dip for her fingers and loves how they do that too-she usually requests Anna. They are always busy when I'm in there but have always honored my appointment time and never made me feel rushed. Their prices are reasonable and the salon is clean as well. Would highly recommend!! read more

6 minutes agoNEW Let me start by explaining that I am a 30 year veteran of luxury retail leadership and I do not like giving poor reviews. In my experience there is almost ALWAYS to take care of a customer, even if it is a meet-in-the-middle solution or something creative. But I am just floored by my bad experience with this nail salon. I just moved to the area and found this Happy Nails based upon their great reviews, so I expected a good or even great experience. I will NEVER be coming back. I just moved and have been dying for a great foot massage. I thought I booked a 3:30 appointment for a dip mani and gel pedi. They called as I was driving to the appointment and apparently it was actually for 3pm (I even confirmed the time in a seperate call after I booked) but regardless...it was a 2 hour appointment from 3-5. I apologized for the error and told them that I would only do the pedi and would come back for the mani anotherr day. I arrived right at 3:30 for my pedi. Once in the chair I asked to see the packages of service that they offer. I selected the most expensive because I wanted (needed) thr longest massage. I was told that there was not time and could only get the basuc pedi with a quick massage. Why? If a mani/pedi takes 2 hours and I arrived with 90 minutes of that time left, why is that not enough?? I was ouzzled. The manager came over and she kept stating that I was 30 minutes late. I still was puzzled how 90 min of a 2 hour appointment didnt leave enough time for a great, full service pedi and no mani. I asked her if they booked someone else into my time and she said yes. I learn that I can't even have a full service pedi but can only get a quick rush job with minimal massage because they don't was to upset this other client that they booked into my time. So it is okay to cut my service and experience short but not this last minute booking that was added between 3-3:20 as I was driving to the salon?? Speechless. I will not be back. They know how I feel but stuck to their guns. I have never had such bad service in a nail salon...ever. When I asked about levels of service or packages, the tech pointed to a card with the packages. I shared that I wanted the one with the longest massage which was for 20 min. She told me that I dis not have time and it could only be a regular massage. I did not understand. The 90 minutes of my booked time with ONLY A pedicure didn't leave enough time for thr top package that thy offer with a 20 minute massage? Apparently not. The manager came over and tried to explain overr and over that because I was late. I was really looking forward to my much needed mani/pedi and foot massage. Now here I was going back and forth with the manager as she defended their cutting my pedi time SO short I could only get a sub-par foot massage when I had already addressed the confusion over the arrival time by saying I could come back for the manicure. I stopped her and said, "look I came her to relax and get a foot massage. I am not interested in arguing. I won't be back and have never had such a disappointing experience in a nail salon." She seemed pretty okay with that, apologized saying she didn't want to upset this other client and walked away. read more

I had a really great experience at happy nails today! I got the gel mani and regular pedi bundle, with ombré French nails. The bundle is $40 but there was an extra charge for the French tips. I highly recommend this nail salon, everything was clean and the service was thorough. Anna and Lin helped me out and they were both very professional. Hope to be back soon! read more

Normally I HATE getting pedicures, it's something I dread but put up with in the summer. The gel pedicure I received today from Shino was the best one I have ever had. Shino was attentive to me and my nails, did a clean, gentle job, and was all around very nice. The salon was very clean and all staff was very nice. On top of all this, I called and was able to come in and be seen immediately. I am very happy with my experience and will definitely be booking again with Shino! read more

Wow!! Where has this place been all these years I've been in Warminster?? I've been living here for over 5 years and have visited a lot of nail salons in the area, but this place is top on my very short list of places to get great service, great atmosphere, and affordable prices. My daughter and I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon without an appointment and was serviced almost immediately. Upon arrival we picked out our nail colors and were given a bottle of water to cool us down and before we could open the waters we were in the chairs getting our manicures. The care the technician Ada gave to my nails and cuticles was outstanding. She carefully filed and buffed my nails with such gentleness. I am beyond impressed and satisfied with my experience there, and the back rub given after was just what I needed. I definitely found the diamond in the area and will be back in the near future. read more

Do NOT believe in any of the positive reviews. I went by Yelp. What a disgrace! I should have asked local friends. Not one had a good experience here, so I am not the only one. I was passed around to several techs. I had an appointment, so I didnt just show up. The lady Lin is something else. I came in with photos of what I wanted. The base was suppose to be white. She decided pink. I asked her to remove it entirely and she caught huge attitude. As if i spit in her face. Began trash talking me in her language. Then said she doesnt have the time to finish bec her other client is now there waiting. I had to ask for her to do my cuticles. Why would anyone want theirs grown out??? I overpaid for the child like job. Its sloppy. Paid over $60 for what i know other salons do well at. Just for hands. I then asked her to do a diff color and design and showed them the pic. But the messy work wont help the nail color job now. I am giving this a 2 star only because the girl who did my pedicure was amazing. I will post what I asked for and what reality is. read more

Very clean, courteous and accommodating. My normal nail tech from another salon canceled on me last minute due to illness. When I called asking if it was possible to get a same day appointment, the man who answered the phone was very nice and willing to work with me. Thank you so much to Ling who did a superb job on my full-set with special design and pedicure. The prices were reasonable and atmosphere nice. Thanks again, I will definitely be back! read more

I've been going to this place for about 10 years. Each time I go it is very clean, the people are very courteous, and my nails are always beautiful. I am a medical professional and would never go to a place that was not thoroughly clean. They sterilize their equipment the same way they sterilize it in the OR. I've seen them remove their metal equipment from a sterilization bag with a black mark on it. When the corner box turns black it means sterilization is successful. I haven't seen other places do this. It really impressed me. They even lined their pedicure bowls with plastic to ensure that people do not get infections to their feet......So do not listen to stupidity that is listed on this thread. IF Someone has enough time to trash someone's business during this horrific pandemic then they obviously have no soul and could care less about their fellow man's business. When you read the negative comments they are people with no real legitimate complaint. Some one that did not like the texture of her nails, then showed a picture of perfectly manicured nails next to a Kate Spade bag. Another talking about someone massaging her hands and backWhen she asked for them not to. When you go to an Asian place you should expect a language barrier!!!!! If you have those kind of issues you shouldn't get your nails done....each place gives massages wo asking if they are of any quality. This place is a 10 star if I could give it. Jeez, talk about white privilege!! Why would someone want to derail someone's business on yelp during this hard time of Covid? What has this world come to? Pure evil!!! I hope these people read this and change their yelp review because it's really unfortunate that people have to stoop to this low level. God bless everyone and I hope the people decide to remove the negative comments for this business. We should be lifting each other spirits instead of trying to derail a livelihood on this site. I got a pedicure here a couple of days ago with a couple other people and we all had an amazing first experience here! I had Anna who did a perfect job on my toes and was very accommodating. Everything was clean and customer service was great! Also, the pricing was just right! I only payed $22 for a pedicure which is so nice! And for anyone who has younger kids, they do have a little pedicure seat for children as well! I will definitely be back and I definitely recommend this place! Thank you! read more

Everyone was nice and the place was really clean. I got a full set with gel polish. They are not smooth and my cuticles were not pushed back so they look so overgrown after two weeks. I paid $5 extra for almond shape and they are very crooked and uneven. I also received a pedicure which was relaxing. I will not be going here again. read more

I have been going to Happy Nails and Spa for many years. The staff have always done a wonderful job and have been very accommodating, but not recently. When I visited a few weeks ago, I was asked to put on a mask and I politely declined. I was still provided the services of a manicure and pedicure. Unfortunately, when I arrived for my appointment this past Friday, the owner Lynn asked me to put on a mask. Again, I politely declined. Lynn said I could not stay without a mask, so I left. I am utterly disgusted with these stupid requirements. If you follow the true science, masks do absolutely nothing. If you feel the need to wear one and continue to forfeit your freedoms then do. If not, I wouldn't recommend going to this salon. read more

After trying a couple nail salons around this area, I will definitely be back to this one! Ken did an awesome job on my dip powder nails. Could not be happier with them. Reasonable prices too. Also, this is the first salon I ever heard of this: if your (dip powder) nails do not last two weeks, they have a warranty and will redo them. - how amazing!!! read more

Fabulous pedicures and wonderful manicures. i switch between getting acrylics or dip and have had the same beautifully consistent work done here! always greeted and offered a bottle of water, plenty colors to choose from and reasonable pricing. polish lasts and doesnt loose its shine quickly. Nails stay on for length of time expected. After living in the city and having very expensive nail salons, happy nails is in the same playing field for half the price! Tested many salons in the area and this is my favorite! read more

Good morning I just wanted to leave a review for this salon because I couldn't be more satisfied with the service! I did not schedule an appointment and was prepared to wait for a long time beings that Saturday's are usually very busy for the salon however, they were super accommodating and I only waited about ten mins. Many salons I have been to in the past are not organized and have had me wait for much much longer! Last weekend I got my first pedicure here and was so pleased I decided to return for a gel manicure this weekend! The staff is very courteous and offered me a bottle of water upon entering which was very thoughtful. I would highly recommend Happy Nails salon to anyone in need of a manicure, pedicure, or any salon services. I absolutely loved the olive lotion they used to give a hand massage and also really enjoyed the back massage they gave while my nails were drying! read more

People don't listen to you here. I got my nails done and specifically told the woman UPFRONT not to give me any kind of massage with it because i would get an instant migraine. I stressed this three times. She said she understood. About 2 minutes into doing the first hand, she started massaging it. I pulled it away and said, "Stop! I told you, no massages!" She giggled and said she forgot. Then she moved onto my other hand and did exactly the same thing. When it was time to put my nails under the dryer, i sat there and she started massaging my shoulders. I was so irate, i yelled at her to stop. By this time, i already had a migraine thanks to her and i told her so. She giggled again and said she was sorry. I said, "If you're sorry, why are you laughing?" Of course, she had no response. Later, she said my nails were dry and i could go, so i did. As soon as i got into my car, three nails got messed up because they weren't completely dry. I was in too much misery to go back in and complain. Why do 27 people rave about this place? Are nail salons here so horrible? I will never be back, and if you want to waste your money here, be my guest. read more

Everyone is so nice here~ Just got a regular pedicure that felt like a spa pedicure! It included a 10 minute leg/foot massage w/ hot stones, paraffin wax for the heels, & shoulder massage! All for $22! I'd def. tip well (& w/ cash) for that type of service. I've also gotten a gel mani here before that lasted at least 3 weeks. They know what they're doing here! read more

I am only in the area visiting family (who don't get pedis), so I turned to Yelp to help find a nail salon. Happy Nails is tucked behind a mattress store, sharing a few parking spots with a pizza joint. The sign on the door said masks were required, and everyone inside was compliant. I had made an appointment and arrived early, and was taken back right away for my spa pedicure ($35). Everything looked clean, and a new set of tools were used on each customer; I saw staff wiping down chairs and tubs in between customers. The gentleman who did my pedicure was quiet but thorough, and the massage was refreshing. I am very happy with the results and will come back whenever I am in town! read more

I've been to this establishment twice. The first time for a gell manicure and the second for a regular manicure. Both times were impromptu visits as a walk in. There was little to no wait even though each staff was already with a client. Lin does my nails and they come out beautiful each time, which is why I keep coming back. I have infant hands and even tinier fingernails. So when I find a place that makes them look like adult nails without judgment, then it's a special place. Can't beat the price either. Don't hesitate, just come here! read more

Every time I walk in I am greeted warmly by all the staff. Customers feel so comfortable we actually engage in conversations with each other. Every time I come in Vikki the owner has new colors to choose from. Its almost overwhelming because its just so hard to choose! They are constantly upgrading tools and other accessories to give maximum comfort and safety to clients. Last month I indulged in an amazing pedicure, which legitimately looks like I was just done within the past week even after wearing closed toed shoes every single day. When I broke out my sandals for the beautiful weather, my feet looked amazing. No cracks, chips, smudging...and because of the meticulous work they do on the cuticles, you can barely even see growth. I will never again go to another business for my nails care needs. Additionally, I decided to get an eyebrow wax done. Ive been trying to grow mine out for quite some time after being butchered sone place else, and they look so lovely. I previously had problems with wax, but they ate so clean and sanitary, as well as gentle, there there was no residual issues. I absolutely adore my tech Sonya, but everyone there does phenomenal work! Im so glad I found you guys on social media. You have a customer for life!

My toes were fine, I was not looking for too much, but my nails on the other hand were a different story. I was not paying much attention when getting my nails done but the shaping was off that I asked for which made my nails so short. I didn't realize until I paid and got into my car, that my nails were streaky, bubbly, clumpy, there was polish on my fingers that I had to clean up, and there was not a correct coat of polish on each finger. I was so upset so I called back and Kathy said that she would redo them. So I took her word and got them fixed. While I was there I asked her to fix the polish and the shape. But my nails got even SHORTER!! And the polish, still wasn't great. I even scheduled another appointment before my appointment to get 3 pedicures with 2 other people with me. Kathy had explained that 1 person would have to wait. I can't stand when this happens! I booked 3 because I wanted them all to be at the same time. Therefore I did not go back. I was really hopeful about Kathy and KNK but this was not a great experience.

The salon has a large parking lot and is conveniently located. My first impression was how ugly the weeds were out front. Reviewers said that Kathy gave good pedicures and when I called, I spoke to her. I booked my spa pedi and gel mani with Kathy. That's why I made appointments ahead of time. I walked in, and another woman, Tracy came over to me. I didn't know it wasn't Kathy until after I sat down. Kathy was giving someone a manicure. Why did she double book herself and take a client who would overlap into my appointment? I think it's because it's a lower end, walk-in salon and they take turns with customers. It was annoying, so not off to a good start. There was peaceful music playing and no TVs on so that was relaxing. I was the only person there at 1:00 on a Friday afternoon. The employees kept getting texts and phone calls and answering their phones though. That should not be allowed. Put your phone on silent and if it's an emergency, take the call in the back. I put my feet in the bowl to soak and the water was too hot so they adjusted it. The bowl looked clean. The pedi chair looked new and had the back massage function. Tracy proceeded with my spa pedicure which consisted of trimming and filing my toenails, trimming my cuticles, rubbing various creams, exfoliants, and lotions on my legs and feet. I didn't like that the exfoliating bar, brush, and other things she used on my feet, were rinsed off, then presumably used on the next person, which meant she had used them on someone else before me. Disgusting! I wonder how they clean the nail clippers? I didn't see an autoclave to disinfect them. That's unsanitary. She took her time going through the steps. Every application of cream, exfoliant, etc. came in a small plastic pouch so the right amount was used. She also used hot stones to rub my legs. Tracy was very meticulous about trimming my nails and adjusted the length when some were too long. The polish application was great. They looked very pretty. My big complaint was that even though she took her time, it wasn't as relaxing as it should have been, because she didn't rub my feet nearly hard enough and only for about two minutes. There was no luxurious foot massage, and that was the reason I got a spa pedi. She kept rubbing my lower shins. That was weird and a waste of time. I wanted a foot rub! Overall, the pedi looked pretty, but the relaxing foot massage I wanted, never happened, so I was disappointed. With the gel manicure, she filed my nails, trimmed my cuticles, went through several applications of polish, and drying, and rubbed my hands a little bit. I didn't know what to expect, since I had never had one before. My nails were filed unevenly and the nail "fuzz" was not all removed from the tips. I asked her to adjust a few nails and used my own file on the tops to get rid of the fuzz. The nail polish seemed clumpy. It went on streaky and uneven. I was not happy with my nails. Today is Tuesday, so four days later, and it's already chipping. The gel seemed to make my nails softer, not harder, so that's odd. The manicure chairs were all beat up and ripped and the nail stations had a lot of wear and tear too. The bathroom was not dirty but it could have been cleaner around the sink area and the floor. I paid and Kathy apologized that I didn't get her to do my pedi and mani but there was no explanation as to why. She was very nice though. I paid $55 for the spa pedi and $28 for the gel mani. The pedicure was disappointing because the foot massage lasted about two minutes, if that. Kathy supposedly gives a good foot massage which is why I booked with her. I'll never know though, since I didn't get her. The manicure was disappointing because it looked bad and didn't last. The atmosphere was disappointing because the employees kept taking phone calls and getting texts, some of the equipment was beat up, and overall the salon could have been cleaner. During my mani, three women came in to get pedis. Two were at the pedi stations and one was waiting by the window. They proceeded to have a loud conversation about their jobs and the people who work there. Every other word was like from all of them. The like, worst offender was, like, a 44 year-old, like, heavy-set, woman, who was sitting by the window, who was, like, so loud and like, annoying, I wanted to scream! It was excruciating to listen to them. That's what you get at lower end, walk-in nail salons. I would not return to this salon. I would rather pay more money to go to a higher-end salon that's cleaner, newer, prettier, and does a proper massage with the spa pedicure, an overall better manicure that lasts, and where the employee that I booked my appointment with is who I get. I do not recommend this salon.
