We used to stop here a couple years ago to grab their steak and cheese pizza so when we were coming home from a trip we stopped by to try it again. It was close to closing time so we could only takeout cheese or basic topping pizzas. So instead of the usual steak and cheese pizza we got a small pepper & onion and small cheese. It looked like the place was sold to new owners since our last visit but could be wrong. When I went back in to pick up the pizzas a HUGE mouse ran past my feet and under the soda machine! I understand it happens but only because they obviously are not up to date with keeping the place exterminated!! My husband and son had a slice or 2 but I couldn't even try it thinking of mice running across the counters and or food! They said the food it defiantly not the same and was super super greasy! Wow! I can't believe that I've lived here (Ma) for 10 years and just discovered this hided gem. Just had Delivery tonight)9/1/22). My Grandson is visiting from Upstate NY and said "this is the best Meat Lover's Pizza". Sorry I didn't take Pics, Fish & Chips w/Onion rings yum.Everything was delicious . I tried Anna's for the first time on Friday night. I ordered two small pizzas--one Onion and one Anna's Special. Both pizzas were terrific. I particularly liked the pizza cheese; hard to explain-- it just really tasted good. The toppings were plentiful and the service was courteous and efficient. Pizzas were ready within 20 minutes of ordering. No complaints and will definitely recommend to others and order again. read more

This is my new favorite pizza place!!! Italian style pizza. Light airy dough and amazing tomato sauce and cheese. I ordered through delivery which driver service was great and followed instructions. We ordered delivery for the first time after moving to the Easton area for about a month. You know when they say first impressions are everything? Well it's true. We won't be ordering again. The online ordering process was weird, And apparently they don't know how to deliver to apartments. If you live in a home I bet you're OK but if you live in an apartment you have to come downstairs and meet the delivery person because they don't follow the instructions to enter your building or deliver it to your door. Had I known this I would not have left a 10$ tip for pizza delivery. If the pizza had been excellent I would not be writing this review. However the pizza tasted like any town pizza you might order. The crust had no seasoning and was flat, not doughy at all. Also part of the order was incorrect, we ordered 2 pizzas and one was made as. Calzone also not seasoned, all the dough tasted like card board. read more

My family and I always order food from Anna's and we love it. Owners are very friendly and the amount of food is surprisingly big.

Received a flyer in the mail today. My Husband and I decided to give it a try. Ordered our food, waited and waited... looked and I had 1 missed call from them.. called back and the woman said she called me and spoke to a man who and he never ordered anything..then she said she called back 3 times and left a message (lie #2) then she said my credit card didn't go through (lie #3) then she said I just called to tell you we don't deliver that far... Then she hung up on me!!! Ok I am in the SAME town as you... and you don't deliver...ok, I'd have come to pick up the order if you didn't lie several times and then HUNG up on me. I'll never order or eat there. Oh and when I asked the woman, she said she was the owner...which is even more disturbing... you may want to brush up on your customer service skills.... just a friendly bit of advice. read more

The people of Anna's always get my families orders right, every single time-regardless of who takes the order. We absolutely love their food, especially the ziti chicken and broccoli Alfredo. They have great burgers, but my favorite is their sweet potato fries. I have yet to try sweet potato fries that I like better from another restaurant. A+ in my book read more

I love Annas! Everything is made fresh and the owners are so nice! I usually get their Greek salads which are amazing they give you so much grilled chicken and the feta is real! Their turkey club is amazing comes with fries and they are the beSt crispy! Their pizza is very good too! read more

Not only did a moron answer the phone, but they told me 5 miles, which equates to 10 minutes was too far to deliver!!!!

This place is extremely RUDE!! I have been there quit a few times, I asked for extra cheese on my steak and cheese sub they certainly don't ever forget to charge us for it BUT they have no problem NOT make it correctly. When I called to explain to a woman that works there she was NOT polite I was not asking for money back, I was just trying to make her aware of the situation, so the same thing doesn't happen to another customer. We pay for it we should get it they way we order it. There is nothing worse than getting home, and the food that you order is wrong!!! I don't order out food just to have to come home and remake it, why bother!! It's bad business to not get what you asked and paid for and when a customer calls to nicely say it was not made to my satisfaction, it's so RUDE to tell me "I am wrong and they put extra cheese on it" when it's sitting in front of me and I can clearly see and taste that it was not done!! I will NEVER spend one red cent in there again. read more
