Took a minute before I saw anyone. New owners. Looks like a young family. Assuming a mother and child appeared from around the corner. I told her I was picking up an order. She said it will be a few minutes. I said ok no problem. Another customer came in and she tended to him. A few minutes later a young man with long hair came in. He had a pony tail but no hairnet. Took the pizzas out of the oven and put them in boxes. I ordered 1 small cheese pizza 1 sm mushroom and bbq chicken 1 lg 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 cheese Came to $50.25 All of the pizzas were not fully cooked. "Crusts" were very thin and doughy. Pizza was more greasy than it used to be to be. Thin on the toppings. The slices I ate had 2-2.5 slices of pepperoni. The pepperoni's use to be plentiful and cupped. Crust was always cooked and never doughy. It was also at least twice as thick. I miss the previous owners, their hospitality and food. It's too bad they were there for 20+ yrs and wish them the best of their retirement. Based on my experience I'm assuming the new young couple owners never worked in the food industry before. You don't let young children behind the counter and in the kitchen area. Cooks should be wearing a hat or hairnet. Pizza was not even mediocre. I will not be going back.

The bottom crust is solid and tasty not too much sauce but just enough to create a sauce cheese crust layered texture that was melt in the mouth delicious. It raveled 20 minutes well stayed hot and perfect, The picture is of the leftover which we put in the oven at 350 and darn if it wasnt just as good. Then came the tres leches for dessert. I LOVE a good tres leches, so I was looking forward to it, but this tasted more like a regular sponge cake. I'm not sure what three milks were invited to this party, but evaporated and condensed milk certainly didn't seem to make the guest list! It honestly tasted like the cake had been soaked in skim milk and that was about it. Where was all that rich, creamy tres leches goodness? I'll post a video because you really have to see this. All in all, beautiful establishment, welcoming staff, ample parking, and a really well-designed space. But at the end of the day, I'm coming to a restaurant for the food. After giving it two tries, I think I'll abstain until the food improves.

If you look at their online order website picture of their House Special pizza filled with toppings and green peppers and onions and compare it to what you actually get, the difference is striking! It's not even 1/3 full with ingredients. Our friends, family, and I have noticed that toppings have been less and less each time we get their House Special pizza that we might as well just get a regular pizza for a lower price and then buy the toppings of green peppers and onions, etc ourselves since they've been skimping on the toppings. Our latest pizza showed decreased toppings for a $28+ large House Special. Either BHOP changes the picture on their website, since that is an inaccurate and misleading depiction of the House Special pizza you're going to get, or they can start putting more toppings that at least comes close to the website picture of what a House Special pizza should be. The said, the thing is they used to give adequate toppings, but lately been skimping on toppings. The rest of their other food is good, but just highly disappointed in the lack of toppings of their House Special pizza as you can see from the picture. Compare it to the other House Special pizza pictures that were posted on yelp before and their website, and you'll see the stark difference!
