She did the most incredible work on my toes, but especially on my hands--let the pictures speak for themselves! A Russian Manicure is all about detailed cuticle care and precision cleaning, and you can see from the photos that her work is absolutely immaculate. Anna takes her time which prevents accidental cuticle nicks, etc. Her work is impeccable. I had both manicure/pedicure and facial. All 3 were good experiences. I don't think she knows how the service request works - you put in a message hoping that someone will reply for what your needs and wants are- I then called her and as I was in mid-sentence she kept cutting me off and being very disrespectful and rude this is the message- I sent her a message adree and I think others should be where she told me she doesn't do House services which is fine but there's no reason for her to hang up on me I'm a Christian and I treat people with kindness and I'm not here to hurt her business, but she really should look into it and reflect on how she speaksto people and how she approaches them - CUSTOMER SERVICE ZERO STARS - VIBE ZERO SRARS!!!! I have always had issues with the hot gel on my nails. It usually don't last more that 3 days because it starts to peel of. Until I meet Anna. The first time I went I was kind of skeptical. However, she guided me through the process and explained the products she used which are chemical free and durable. I explained my cuticle sensitivity and she was so gently while doing the Russian manicure. The gel now last more than 3 weeks without peeling a bit, I have to go for retouch just because nail growth. I'm just a simple pedi girl. I'm too hard on my hands to ever rock a manicure unless for a special occasion. Ladies, you know that sometimes the simplest things end up being complicated. I've had front desk issues at busy salons, long wait times due to overbooking, rush jobs ( again due to overbooking) not to mention the general chaos of a typical busy nail salon. Many times, for me anyway, it's been more of a stressful event than a relaxing one. Funny enough, while getting my teeth cleaned, I was telling my hygienist that my nail tech had cut my toe pretty badly and kinda acted like it was no big deal. And maybe if she had apologized I would have been more forgiving. Anyway, my hygienist was a little surprised that I was still going to a regular salon. I was surprised that she thought that was weird. She ended up insisting that I go to her nail tech, in one of those salon places where you've got lots of different pros all doing their own thing in their own beautiful space. I'd never been to this type of place before, despite the rising popularity. Last week, I had my 6th pedi. I almost hate to review her, because if you don't make your next appointment before leaving your current appointment, it's a challenge to get in. BUT, AH, SO WORTH IT! I absolutely LOVE being the only client. It's just you being pampered with whatever kind of treatment you choose. It's quiet. It's relaxing. People are not shouting over one another or carrying on loud cell phone conversations. She does not overbook or rush. My feet are perfectly cared for and polished. I've never had such devotion all to myself in a salon. It's like flying first class, and you're the only person in that section, and the flight attendant is only worried about you! I feel spoiled. I'd never go back to a "regular" nail salon again. She does various beauty treatments in her private suite, but as I said, I'm kind of simple. 2 pedis a month and I'm super happy. When you've finally had enough and are ready to upgrade your self care time, this is the place. Anna will make you feel like a queen. read more
