Super sweet staff, super flexible, and great quality. Made an appointment but was running late and they moved it by 15 minutes with no issue. Today I got a classic pedicure (with Funny Bunny gel polish) and tips with dip powder (French). Fiona did both and was great. My nails didn't have any bumps and looked natural. She checked to make sure I was happy every step along the way, which I appreciate when trying a new salon. My little one also got her nails done and they even re-did a nail (because...kids) with a smile the entire time. Definitely recommend Fiona and this salon! read more

Nestled in a Coral Springs Strip Mall, this was my first time to this nail spa. My friends recommended it. It is located on the border of Coral Springs and Parkland right off the Sawgrass. It's only fair that I say the ratings for this place are unfair. They have new ownership and the old poorer reviews should be deleted. I must say I was impressed by how professional the staff was. The place is immaculate too. Tracy did an exceptional job on my gel manicure. I enjoyed the pedicure too. I wish it could have lasted longer. They used a disposable liner in their pedicure tubs. Tracy was very gentle and thorough. I highly recommend this Spa and will return. read more

Got a basic manicure. My 4 year old could've painted my nails better than the tech. She got up and left after she was done and left me in the seat wondering if we were done. The whole experience was rushed and my nail chipped within 5 minutes of leaving the salon and my hands felt like sand paper. Wouldn't recommend read more

"If I could give zero stars, I would. I have NEVER been ripped off like this before. They literally charged me an additional fee just to file my nails! I ended up paying almost $100 for a simple gel fill. When I questioned the charges, they claimed, 'That's just how we do it here,' despite the fact that both the quote I was given over the phone and their online prices completely contradicted what I was charged. To make matters worse, I spoke to Thai, who was incredibly rude and told me I should just go somewhere cheaper. The whole appointment lasted maybe 30 minutes--absolutely not worth the outrageous price or the poor treatment. DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!" read more

Had a mani/pedi with gel, as well as paid for an extra foot massage. The massage was on my legs not feet, not a hint of strength or anything. He gently touched the tops of my feet. I get it, my feet are well taken care of and there is usually not much to do but I go for the massage. My mani was done ok. I had to ask for 1 thumb to match the other. None of my nails are the same length and some are pointy and sharp and they are so thin. I paid over $100 for a mani/pedi that was below subpar. Do not recommend. I mean the people are nice but nice doesn't make up for crappy service. read more

My roommate showed me this nail salon almost a year ago and i haven't gone anywhere else ! I love it here ! excellent service and all of the nail techs are so talented. Ive never had an issue coming here. Forever customer here! Michelle is my go-to nail tech. She always takes her time. Dena, the owner, is the absolute sweetest! This place is always clean as well. Recently, my teen turned a year older and she wanted a tip & dip for her birthday. One of her closest friends recommended this salon in Parkland. They are regular customers and said they wouldn't go anywhere else. I was able to book the appointment online with great ease. The day before, I was notified with a reminder. As soon as we walked in the day of, a very pleasant young man greeted us and took our temperature, then asked my daughter to go wash her hands and return to pick her polishes. Immediately thereafter, Angel, a female nail tech, brought her back and began to execute her craft. Jay wanted to do two colors, which I thought was weird, but I allowed it. My teenager feels special with her new long tips, but to be honest, I don't know how she can type with them. That reminds me, tips for the techs are encouraged to be given in cash, so drive by your bank prior to going there. Our checkout was contact-less and we were both super pleased with our experience at this salon. Looking forward to returning in a few weeks. read more

Love this salon it's so clean! Ti is my nail guy and he does such a great job! Kelly also does my nails & my husbands she awesome too & fun!!! They have great nail colors and all kinds of relaxing pedicures. Massage chairs are a must and they've got those too! Gel pedicures are my new must haves. Wish I could give this place 0 stars. The managers were careless and the receptionists don't greet you. I asked to get my nails done with a green French tip and yo my surprise Tony, a man who has been doing nails 20 years couldn't. He then decided to paint my whole hand green. Every nail is filled with air pockets and bubbles. He applied like 7 thick coats to make up for his terrible paint job. Then, when u told him it's not coming out well he waved his hands in the air and LOUDLY YELLED AT ME AND MY MOM to get out because I'm too antsy and he's been in the business a while. Not to mention he drilled off all my toe polish and refused to do them. The manager didn't care and told me to either wait 2 hours and get them fixed or pay $40. The customer service is horrible and the management is worse. I have undried, bubbly nails and my toes were drilled off. Terrible experience! read more

Had a pedicure that cost a fortune after misunderstanding the extra cost of polish that I thought was only $3.00 more. When I made my appointment I was given a very different quote. Then had acrylic refills. While the girl Anna did a good job, they don't clean your cuticles, use any moisturizing oil, or lotion. I left withy hands and skin drier than ever. Overall I don't see the value in the prices. I paid a shocking $90.00 Won't be back at those rip off prices. read more

I've been going around the nail spas and seeing which one I like the best and by far this one is the best!! The costumer service is great, they have a big variety of colors to choose from and all the nail techs are spot on! The first time I went was for my 13th birthday and I got acrylics with different color stars and I was so amazed on how good they did it. I usually don't trust nail studios with designs like that but I was impressed. All nail techs are great but if your ever going to go there for something big I recommend asking for the guy with long hair he's great he actually did the star design! read more

Don't buy a gift card here without telling the receiver that it expires after a year. My lovely student bought me a gift card. Yes, it was awhile ago, but I was in a funk for awhile and was finally coming out of it, so I decided to get my nails done the day before my birthday, and when I go to pay, they refuse to honor it. I even told them I had it for awhile before they started. It is a terrible policy- I mean someone paid money for services that were never received. I am so disappointed and frustrated. read more

Angel and Gloria are the best! They pay attention to detail making sure to get the cuticles as well which I've noticed some techs don't do anymore. My nails are ridiculously smooth and I love how they do them thin so the dip doesn't come out looking thick and bubbly. I will not go to anyone else other than the 2 of them since I trust their work. Color is #185. I had asked for P 37 which I believe would've been a little darker but still love this neutral color and got tons of complements on them! read more

this was a beautifully decorated establishment with easy parking and decent prices. the staff was very friendly and pretty fluent in english. they seem to have a lot of regulars. i love the color i chose and the shape of my nails. my only complaint is that my guy with longer hair kept drilling my skin for a little too long. usually when i get my nails done sure they may graze the skin for a little but i won't feel much but this time pretty much his whole technique was drilling the acrylic and paint off and shaping it with the drill and it'd burn my skin a bit and if he kept it there any longer i probably would've broke skin and bled. he did a good job and was too nice, i didn't wanna say anything about it though so that's my fault too. read more

This was the worst experience I have ever had. I would not go back here ever. The man with the long hair. Who said he was a manager whom I believe is the owner was rude and obnoxious and not very customer friendly. He tried to put the blame on my nail harder, Which I used many many times with no problem The only one who was ok, Was the other manager I think her name is Tina. She listened to me and at least tried to redo my nails. She also agreed it was not my nail harder it was their polish. But I had to come back at 5:30 which I was not happy about. I had to have them redone 3 times I saw my nail was all smudged and the other one just a mess. They finally admitted it was their polish that was no good. So they told me to use another color. So I did. They even put drops on my hand so they would dry faster. The truth is i got home and did nothing for 45 minutes. The next thing I see is my nail all smudged like when you put your nails in your pocket BUT I DID NOT. On my other nail, it peeled off down the middle of the nail. I had small nicks on my other nails.I was furious. I took pictures,I went there to relax with my granddaughter. Get my nails done. It turned into an aggregation day and night. I am calling to dispute this charge on my c.c Also reporting them to Federal Trade Commission. I am tired of paying these places top dollar for awful work. I would definitely think twice before going to this place. I have been to many nail salons. This is one of the worst. Also was NOT impressed with the man Manager /owner. I do not like when someone tells me the owner is not in. When he was.Then to blame you when he knows it was his polish. I do have to say again the girl manager was very nice and at least tried to help the best she could. t read more

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for The Studio. My, the eyebrow tattoo artist, walked me through the entire process of getting my eyebrows tattooed. She taught me the difference between ombre powder vs microblading and answered all of my questions until I was fully informed. She took the time and effort to patiently shape my eyebrows until I was 100% satisfied with the shape. When going through the procedure, she was constantly asking if I was comfortable and made certain that the entire tattoo process was sterile. Lastly, she walked me through the aftercare process and made sure that I understood how to care for my eyebrows after I left. The salon is absolutely gorgeous. It's clean, the quality of service is top notch, and the wait times are reasonable. There is constant commotion throughout the salon because of how busy it is. It's located on the side of an unassuming strip mall. Next time, I'll try to get my lashes or nails done. I loved my experience and I would recommend The Studio to any of my family or friends. read more

Can't have a trip to Florida without coming to this nail salon. I love the staff here. This visit I had the wonderful April servicing me. She is just lovely. She takes her time and really cares about your experience. Her technique is excellent. The Studio Nail Spa has new products and services added to their menu. I did a specialty pedicure using their Mint Mosa product. You start with a minty epson salt foot bath, then a sugar scrub and then a warming mint foam leg mask. Will continue to come back here! My toes are pool ready now! read more

Best pedicure ever received, she was a small Asian woman I forgot her name. She really got all the dead skin and cuticles off! Took her time also. But unfortunately I must have picked a bad polish because it left streaks on the sides, I noticed this once I left and should've gone back my fault. My gel manicure was also very nice! Ura did my nails and she was very thorough and sweet. She was also patient considering I had to bring my 10month old who woke up mid session! Needless to say she was great doing one hand at a time so I had one hand to tend to the baby. My daughters also loved it here they weren't rushed as salons usually do with kids, my girls like their massages and cuticles cut too, who doesn't! That's the whole experience so we're happy and will be back! read more

Yassss! This place is great! I'm not sure why people are writing such crappy reviews. I always have Lucy as my nail tech and she's amazing. Everyone here is always friendly and accommodating. I noticed there is a new girl at the front desk and she could be friendlier but I get it she's new. Johnny is amazing always sweet and talks to everyone. They offer you water every time you sit down. Do not come here! Used to come here for years before management change. My whole family used to come here and now all of the good nail techs are gone! Front desk staff always new. Management is not good and not friendly. Always moving appointments and pushing them back. I was 5 minutes late for my appointment and they told me they gave my appointment away and I had to wait 30 more minutes. There are a lot better places out there! read more

I have been getting acrylic and gel nails for over 30 years now and I must say that the Studio is the cleanest, friendliest and most professional salon I have ever been in. I have used 10 different technicians during my 6 years at this salon and all were fast, thorough and professional. They use quality products and the people at the front desk are so nice and knowledgeable. They have a very strict COVID prevention set up which really impressed me. Much better than most commercial businesses. I certainly highly recommend using the Studio for any services, especially manis and pedis. read more

So my visit today was not enjoyable or relaxing what so ever. I was rushed in and not able to look for my color. I told the girl I'm looking for white she insisted Funny Bunny. I wanted something with more pigment. Because Funny Bunny is see through. She used it anyway and I was right after all. The entire time I was there 3 girls spoke Vietnamese to each other in some sort of heated discussion it was not one bit relaxing. This place could be so beautiful and it's turning in to a crap hole. When I went to the front desk. I suggested that maybe at the next meeting they mention that customers were complaining about the different language being spoke over the customers the entire time very loud and to be more considerate about the paying customer. Her remark was the owner is Vietnamese and there are no rules and he don't care! I am fully aware they are Vietnamese and I respect that however treat you client well read more

Worst pedicure I ever had. The guy Jimmy barely even touched my legs and certainly didn't use the scrubber on my feet. He said you have to pay for more expensive pedicure. Apparently you don't get shit with a $30 pedicure anymore. It was a rush job that ended up costing me $50. 0 stars for this place! read more

I had the microblading over 7 months ago and should have posted this review earlier, but better late than never and 10 stars would not be enough due Renata. Granted, I am going to call today about having the color of the brows at the edges just updated a little bit because I do very carefully use glycolics and she warned it could slightly affect the life of treatment. But it's not really needed maybe just on the very ends. For me, Renata gave me the most natural looking eyebrows. Renata's superior training and expertise. I am a divorce and family law attorney and i need to appear publicly in court so it was important that I look good esp in the eyes and eyebrow dept (I still need to change my pics online so I dont have to show those old eyebrows nor can I look at them it's now just crazy bad. ) Other brow people, many, pretend they know what to do for you, and maybe a few can, but they need the training to be able to do correct measuring and positioning on each person's unique facial structure. You can ruin your brows and your entire face. We've all seen those bad brows, badly tatooed and so fake. No worries using Renata. Complete confidence, seriously. The expense is the same as anywhere bc it includes the requisite follow up many weeks later. But forget the competitive pricing, It's a bargain for the quality and piece of mind with Renata. She owns the business. No more spending 30 or 40 dollars on various brow pencils that cant possily look like Renata's microblading. Well, I've overwritten but I nean what said and it just meant so much to my life. Life changing, really.

Unfortunately, my lashes did not come out how they are supposed to. If you have never done a lash lift before, your lashes are supposed to have a natural upward curve to them. Mine were straight up (no natural curve and touching my eyelid) and look a little frizzy. I look like my lashes were blown up in the wind and are frozen in place. I have to stay like this for 8-12 weeks. Extremely upset. My bottom lashes (which are not supposed to be touched during this process) look frayed. I contacted the merchant via Instagram, email, and phone. I asked to speak to the owner and they did not call me back or try to speak with me. The esthetician responded to my email saying my lashes were lifted and called saying no refunds will be issued per the contract. I'm more upset at the lack of professionalism from the owner. I thought with all the great reviews provided on Yelp, I would at least receive a call regarding my disservice to at least fix my lashes or hear my concerns. I would not recommend this place at all! There are so many businesses doing this procedure that the outcome of lashes is unacceptable.

My phone alarm goes off killing the vibe. MY person - we've bonded - asks to pass my purse. I agree and grab my phone out while they continue great service. I was in pain a few seconds that quickly goes away by the time I'm told to turn over and hold my cheeks apart. I felt as good as a new dress with pockets when I'm done and panties roll smoothly back on. I tip my person. I'm in my car when I get another alarm goes off. Somehow I called the last person that called me on WhatsApp and record a video to include the one time that I ooooohhhh shhhhiiittt when hairs were pulled from the root. It was a wonderful time! Horrible...isn't even the right word!!! If I could give 0 stars I would! Change in ownership...poor customer service most of the original great techs/ staff left except 2-3! Here's why... Had an spot. Today at 12:15 when I arrived was told I needed to go with someone else other than who I always go yo & was booked with...someone had an appt. at 12:30 with the same tech & the rude condescending receptionist said she was going to keep that spot.(probably because her service cost a little more than mine!) owner did nothing either just sat there & looked stupid didn't offer me any compensation for their error & my inconvenience other than rudely saying it was a mistake & doing nothing else!!!! This had been my go to place for over a year now! The staff is usually very friendly! I had a few mishaps but sure enough they are willing to help in any way they can to keep you satisfied. April has been my tech for a while she has a great personality and does n nice designs and good acrylics and pedicures. I just started doing nexgen and Becky is AMAZING! She made my nails look beautiful and natural! I walked out of there with my toes, nails and eyebrows looking fabulous! And for those of you skeptical about fungus They use all new nail tools every time as well as a cover for your feet when they soak! Try this spot if you haven't already! it is worth it :-) read more

I was really excited when this place opened up because it's right around the corner from my house. The cleanliness of this nail salon compared to others in the area is phenomenal. When they first opened, it was easy to just walk in and get a nail tech right away... now they're a lot busier and it's almost impossible to "walk-in." I make appointments now, which isn't always easy with my hectic schedule. And even when I do make an appointment I usually end up waiting for about ten minutes anyway. I have been going to The Studio Nail Spa for the last 4 years and have been very satisfied. The place is extremely clean and the people are very pleasant especially my nail technician Becky who is the best and Johnny who is at the front desk. Both are very friendly and professional. I live in Tamarac Fl and do not mind driving to Parkland Fl to get my nails done even though there are closer nail salons to me. I have been going to the Nails Spa Salon at Coral Springs for four and a half years. I love everything about the place. I usually do the Gels manicure and a regular pedicure with Suki. She is awesome, always early and if I have any questions she explains clearly. The receptionists Melisa and Jonny are always very helpful and eager to help with my appointments or simple things like offering me water. The place is always clean and organized. This salon is right in heron bay and is one of the best places I've been to. They have everything you could ever ask for. So many nail polishes and gels and also nexgen! They have an assortment of pedicures that always leave my feet silky smooth. So far I've gotten a couple different nail techs and they were all super nice and took very good care of me. I recently moved to the area and went to get a pedicure here. I've been to many spas and this one is very well ventilated so you don't smell the fumes. It is really clean and friendly service providers. My French manicure was done nicely and they put a nice lotion on my legs too. I found out it's under new ownership. The owner came over and said confirmed a $5 fee and the woman that had answered the phone denied she had confirmed there would be no removal fee. I am absolutely disgusted by the entire situation. Bad business. Bad customer service. The lack of transparency is unacceptable and I did not get a pedicure. I will not be returning. I've gotten manicures all over the country. Lived in lots of different cities. Nowhere charges you to take takeoff gel polish that was applied in the house.

I return to the salon and they "fix" the two damaged nails. I now have to rush from the salon to the venue for our rehearsal, by the time I get there 2 DIFFERENT nails have chipped and flaked. I ended up going to a different salon to have my nails fixed, this time doing them correctly, and not surprisingly at all, none of my nails chipped when the new salon fixed them. 4. I asked for a refund to my damaged nails and was denied because "services were rendered." Terrible services were rendered, terrible quality was rendered, and terrible customer service was rendered.
