Unfortunately, my experience did not match the other reviews. The nail tech, Rylie, appeared very inexperienced and also looked quite young (truthfully like 16-17 years old). The girl at the front desk was very friendly when I walked in but Rylie barely said hello. Both the manicure and pedicure there was no prior soak or lotion before she went in to cut the cuticles completely dry. She had trouble figuring out how to put the foam sandals on with the toe separators. I asked for a regular polish and in between coats she placed her fan too close to my nails, therefore messing them up about three times. There was no massage or lotion with the manicure despite being $30 and the cuticles were not even cut all the way. I have no issue paying for quality service, however not for inexperienced nail techs. When my nails were dry, I took a look, and there appeared to be a strand from the nail brush on one of my nails, and when I told her she looked very annoyed. After she fixed it, and I continued to dry my nails, she quickly put on her purse like she couldn't wait to get out of there. She also put some drying spray on top of the polish and I think it messed them up because they don't appear smooth as you can see in the pictures. Additionally, she kept on looking at her phone throughout the service every time it went off. I typically never write any review reviews however, again for the price I was very disappointed for the services I received. So sorry.

We lucked out as we only had a short wait -- even though they were exceptionally busy for a Wednesday afternoon. The shop was bright and clean. I picked out my polishes from the racks up front and found the perfect blue for my toes. I did the pedicure first. It was lovely to relax and be pampered. And the hot towels and leg massage were an added plus. Then I had a manicure as well. Henry (English name for Huigh?) was my technician for both procedures. He was gentle on my sensitive skin. And took time to do everything just right. I felt like a new person afterwards. We also got to meet the"new" owner, Amy, who was very welcoming and personable. She did my husband's pedicure. He was very happy with his experience, too. We both said we'd love to come back. And we hope to do so soon.

She's incredibly talented, patient, and detail-oriented -- every single nail came out flawless. She listened to exactly what I wanted and made sure everything was perfect. I also added on a massage, and WOW. Kim has amazingly strong hands and gave one of the best massages I've ever had. She knew exactly where to apply pressure and made the whole experience feel so relaxing and soothing. It was worth every penny. Not only is her work beautiful, but she's so sweet and gentle that you instantly feel comfortable. I left feeling pampered, refreshed, and obsessed with how good my nails look. She's a one woman operation (when I visited) so I wish she would have told me so and I would have arrived later than booked because I had to wait 17-20minutes before we got started as she was winding down on a manicure.
