I get a sugar wax every month here and it has been great in my sensitive skin. I usually get in-growns/razor bumps whenever I would shave or leave with super sensitive skin if I got a hard wax. I leave here feeling great! Today I got an acne facial with Aliz and it was also amazing. It was a bit tingly with the products used, but they are all natural which I love. My skin felt very clear and clean when I left. The rooms are very clean and well put together. The bed a laid on for my facial was heated and so relaxing. I had my first microblading session ever today with Loralei. I am so happy with the results and the entire experience. She made sure I understood the process before we began, including post care. She listened carefully to the look I was going for and really delivered. I asked to change one spot basically the equivalent of the width of one brow hair and she didn't hesitate for such a small adjustment. She checked the color blend before applying and just kept me comfortable and informed the entire time. I looked into several places for this service and considered it for the past couple of years. Given my friend who does hair has had a rough time being out of work during quarantine, I decided to go ahead now the salons are reopened. It started with a recommendation from my friend. She said Lorelei did hers and she couldn't be happier with the results. I scheduled a consultation and was a little late but she didn't make a big deal out of it and was extremely flexible and cool. During the consult she educated me on the different looks, techniques, as well as pre-care and after care instructions. I felt comfortable enough to schedule the service. The day of the service went smoothly from the numbing cream to the actual thing. We played a prank on my daughter and sent her a picture of the thick brows lol. This place was a complete waste of money!!!! Do not come here for a facial it's literally a SCAM. I booked a facial and I told the esthetician that I really just wanted to focus of extracting my pores. Unfortunately she barley did that left a light on my face for 30 min and I was done. SOOOO DISAPPOINTED :( WHY DID I PAY SO MUCH FOR THEM TO DO THE BARE MINIMUM. I almost cried walking out knowing I was scammed and she did absolutely nothing to my face. I am giving a 1 star review not because of service but because of policy. I have enjoyed there services and must saw they do an excellent job!! I became a regular customer BUT always had an issue with the "Same day" reminders they send out- like 2 hrs before your appointment. A reminder should go out at least the day before. I missed an appointment because I had a house fire and they charged me $180.00 That is CRAZY-so beware of that if you have an appointment and for whatever reason cannot make it!! They have just lost a good customer and don't seem to care! read more

So when looking for a lash place here in Jacksonville near Salisbury, I came across Annazur and was pleased to see that they take same day appointments! I had Jaylene, and she was such a sweetheart, she was quick, and just loved the service. My husband loves how natural my lashes look! And I also ended up getting a brow tinting! I wasn't able to give a 5 star, because they only had one option for lash extension. But I'm excited to come back and see them expand to having more options! I had been eyeing this place on Instagram for awhile. Because of my current job schedule and their cancellation policy, I was not able to make an appointment too far in advanced. Thankfully, they frequently advertise their day-of openings on their Instagram so you can come in last minute when you know you have a free day! I love the ability to get in so soon. Tatiana was very professional and thorough in explaining to me the procedure (dermaplaning) and also explained how I could benefit from different treatments in the future without pushing extra stuff or product sales. I come here every-time to get my Brazilian sugar waxing and it always comes out great. I just went in today for my appointment and was seen immediately, which was great! I always go with Aliz, she does a great job and makes you feel comfortable. The environment is super clean and calming. Immediately after everything was sanitized! This company advertises $550 lip permanent color now $299 but reality isn't true. The color won't stay on at all then you have to go back and pay $199 more money to get it done right. Not to mention that you will have to go to work with a mouth filled with blisters like having herpes. Cheap product . In conclusion, the manager started to blowing off my cell with texts pretending to be the esthetician and wanted me to lie to customers and favor her business with given 5 stars . My husband busted her out and because I refused to do so she got nasty with me and threatened my husband. This manager is lack of ethics and professionalism. I won't recommend anyone to go here. I have visited this Spa 3 times and Ruzanna has left a lasting impression each time. I moved to Jacksonville from Virginia and I was in search of a new esthetician who would be able to service me monthly for a facial as well as someone who was also certified to do dermaplaning. My first visit, I received the dermaplaning service. I have acne scars on my face and I really want them to away. The dermaplaning was awesome! Not only did my complexion improve instantly, but my makeup would apply smoother than ever! Each step she took she made sure I had visibility on her using clean tools, etc. My second visit was for the microdermabrasion service. I was a little scared because the name is a bit intimidating. Again, she made sure I was relaxed, made sure i knew her next steps and educated me on the equipment she was using. This service DOES NOT HURT AT ALL. The best way to describe it is a small device with minor suction. She can even control the strength of the suction. Nothing to be afraid of. My third visit was just two days ago. This time I received the back facial. I have acne scars on my back from years ago that I also would like to go away. Not only did she do a VERY relaxing back facial, but she also did a chemical peel. Again, she made sure I was comfy, prepped me for any anticipated tingly feeling, and overall just made sure I was VERY comfy. My back looks and feels so smooth now! She is super sweet, nurturing, kind and accommodating. Her price points are VERY affordable and easy to work in a tight budget. I wasn't pleased with the ending result but I was pleased with the response I received from the office manager apologizing for my poor experience. I have been here for Lash lift & tint and for a dermaplaning facial. It was my first time for both services and Tatyana and Ruzanna both made me feel comfortable by explaining the process thoroughly. I absolutely loved how the lash lift came out and my skin felts brand new after the facial! One thing I will mention is their English is a little broken ( they will tell you this too) so make sure you are clear about what you want. I visited Annazur Organic Spa for the first time back in July. Getting my eyebrows microbladed was something I had been looking forward to for so long. I wanted to make sure I was receiving services from a trustworthy place that would create my dream eyebrows. The staff was super friendly and the environment was nice as well, unfortunately I was not satisfied at all with the services. I told the esthetician how this is something that I've always wanted to do but have withheld due to the cost . I showed her the shape I wanted and the style that I recreate everyday. As I expressed what I wanted, I was given reasons/suggestions on why I should go a different approach based on how it would in the future when I'm older. This is something that I have thought about and have wanted for so long. The shape I was asking for was nothing but natural and full. The outcome of my appointment was nothing short of a disappointment. Two months later and I'm still filling in and spending just as much time on my eyebrows as I did before getting them done.
