The nail lady did do a thorough job with shaping my nails and making sure it was what I wanted. However, I do wish she cleaned up my cuticles properly with a cuticle trimmer vs the nail machine that just shreds them away. It left me with a not super clean look. I probably won't return due to the quality of service and environment, but it was good to get my nails done while running errands.
