Manu has been in the business for a long time now. The connections she has came in clutch multiple times. We got a phenomenal interest rate through her contact, got really helpful escrow people, and had multiple instances of going to open houses and name-dropping her as our agent. People in the business recognize her. You have to understand what you get with Manu though. She played every single move the safest way it could be played. We didn't put multiple offers - only one house at a time. We had contingencies to protect our bids from bad evaluations.
