I had very few problems with my unit, but when I did have an issue, the issue was always addressed and repaired promptly. I found my interactions with the lease office to be friendly. For $650 a month you do get a pretty large apartment which I value personally. There are six rentals per building. Not many amenities, but there is a washer dryer unit per building, locked entrance and as I mentioned earlier a pretty safe area. Right down the street is the Allegheny Bike Trail which is huge for me as I like to walk and ride bikes. There is also a small riverfront park and access for boating and kayaking. Overall a humble and comfortable place to live.

But, I was able to get an unsecured loan, so my credit certainly wasn't THAT bad.
