I toured, thought it seemed large and well-staffed, and took the risk. I paid for daily photo updates and they sent me really cute pictures every day. My dogs absolutely loved being at Camp K9. I had to cancel a few walks due to my dog having diarrhea, and without any warning at all, Corinne said that paws and claws cannot provide services to me anymore. This is a horrific double standard. They told me on multiple nights that they cancelled services last minute due to walkers being sick, inclement weather, or transportation issues, but when I had to cancel last minute due to my dog's health condition, they stop their services to me altogether without any advanced notice. This is completely unacceptable and a total double standard. I want nothing to do with Corinne again, and will never speak to her again. I just feel terrible about this whole situation because the walkers are so nice and friendly, but can't be managed by someone who doesn't even understand the basic principles of friendliness and courtesy.
