Don't let the business name fool you. There is nothing affordable about this place. I foolishly…read morewent there for an acupuncture treatment and left there $600 poorer, receiving NO acupuncture, only chatter and some Chinese herbs. I was told by the practitioner to quit my job, to not eat vegetables, but that beer was good for me! I had some heart issues that were surgically corrected and he told me that I "wasn't done with that yet". My heart surgeon begged to differ. I got no relief whatsoever from my tinnitus but I guess it was a really expensive life lesson and tuition was paid. I'm thinking about contacting the Better Business Bureau and a lawyer family member said I should ask for my money back. I hope that this review saves even one person from getting the same "treatment" I received. Forewarned is forearmed. In my opinion, this is a total waste of time and money. I wish I would've read some reviews before booking an appointment with this guy. What kind of a healthcare provider scares the heck out of you and what would he know about my heart by taking my pulse and looking at my tongue? I truly don't understand how people like this continue to operate. Also, if you call to book an appointment, you will only get a recorded message saying that a "call specialist" will be right with you or call you back. I am certain that these "call specialists" don't exist either.

I had gone to several doctors, had tests, prescribed pain medication, had some trigger point injections, all which didn't work very well. After a few sessions the pain has subsided and I'm not waking up with intermittent leg cramps on that side anymore. Also had a horrible flare up of plantar fasciitis on same side with excruciating pain on my heel and it's resolved. I also suffer from scoliosis with a rib that has rotated into my fascia for several years now. The other day I was able to bend at my waist and tie my shoes without stabbing pain that would take my breath away. I almost cried. Lately I've been battling with 2 types of SIBO. Patrick is now working on my GI system through deep massage. His office space is very calming and he uses lavender essential oils which always helps calm my mind. Patrick is very passionate about helping people.

I randomly found Patrick Haines from doing a Google search & after quite a few failed attempts to find anyone open on a Monday. Lo & behold he was open and had one appointment left so I promptly booked. When I walked into his modern pristine studio, I immediately felt at ease. Not only could I feel positivity throughout the room, but Patrick was radiating. He smiled & greeted me and immediately put me at ease. We discussed my pain & my scoliosis and he adamantly asserted that he was going to fix me. Not just alleviate my pain, but straighten my spine. He trained with an Olympian turned healer; he himself was a professional soccer player; and he's trained under a master healer in Eastern Medicine. I believed him & was ecstatic to have found him. He worked on me with expert hands. He used a technique he coined and created called insertion point. It felt as if he opened up doors in my spine and back as he described his acupressure technique on my meridians. He educated me along the way. The whole experience was so positive, and I felt different afterward. I felt more opened like my lungs could take in more air and I was very clear. My pain melted away & I felt so tall & strong. When I got home my husband said I looked taller & straighter. I've already scheduled my next few appointments. Patrick said it wouldn't take long, like maybe 6 weeks or less until I was straighter and healed. Until I met him I was planning on traveling to NYC to do physical therapy with a Schroth trained physical therapist to straighten my curvature and heal me. Now we have a true healer right here in our sleepy little beach town who recently relocated from the west, to his hometown--what a Godsend. I'm staying right here to work with him before his secret gets out & he gets too busy. So thankful!

We had a great consultation and then I had a treatment. Only a couple areas I felt but wasn't lasting. I am feeling better and I have another appointment end of January. I believe I may be sold. I never knew what Accupuncture could do. Debbie explained everything, I didn't feel rushed or pressured. Her rooms are very cozy and it was a great place to relax. I used my time to have a long overdue talk with God. As I feel now, I think continuing treatments will really benefit me. Debbie is very reasonable in my opinion although I do not know what others charge. So if you're considering Accupuncture consider Debbie, she's great

Debbie is very knowledgeable, explains what she is doing, and always willing to answer any questions that I have. I like the one on one with Debbie versus her having assistants performing the acupuncture procedures. She is also very reasonably priced compared to other acupuncturists in the area. I appreciate how much she has helped me and always leave feeling better both physically and mentally. I highly recommend Fit for Life Acupuncture
