I can't say too much about the actual rental process or ordering process quite yet, but we had a…read morefantastic time doing a fitting and preliminary order at Men's Warehouse the other day. The first employee we worked with was particularly friendly. When we were clearly a bit confused about what we wanted or had in mind, he was happy to show us some of the options - and quite patient as well. He was very honest about their options - pointing out the various differences and why you'd want to splurge for various things. After he passed us to another employee for the fitting and sizing, the new employee was just as friendly. She seemed particularly knowledgeable about men's fashion - including how to tell if a jacket or shirt is particularly well-fitting. She offered brand options to help with fit, and she went out of her way to call up to corporate to a get rush on a preliminary suit for fitting purposes. The earlier employee had also misquoted us a price, but she was happy to give us the item for the price because it was their error. She was very friendly, made the process feel particularly smooth (even though it took about an hour), and was clearly knowledgeable about everything they sell. As a sidenote, Men's Warehouse does make it pretty easy to use them for tux rental. You can pick up or return the clothing to any of their Men's Warehouse locations.

The professionalism is incredibly high. I was given tips & tricks, they asked my opinion every step through the way - I suggest them to everyone I meet. They're incredibly affordable & amazingly quick with turn around! Right before my wedding I was stressing because I wanted my dress altered once more, and they made the time, called me & were just so incredibly kind about it. Never have I ever felt more at peace with putting such a big day in the hands of someone. I recommend to everyone!!! MY WHOLE FAMILY ADORES THEM & I will travel from 1hr away to continue to have their amazing services without a second thought.
