I always give a place several chances when I initially have a bad experience. I have been to Annie's nails off and on for the past six months. One of the first times after a full set within one week for nails broke off. When I came back to explain to them, what happened they fixed the nails and didn't charge me which I appreciate it. The next time I came in, they Told me to wait and I did and they proceeded to take someone else before me. I came in again today and was told I'll be seen in 15 minutes. They proceeded to sit me in the chair so I can get my nails done and after sitting there for 10 minutes the lady who came in behind me, sat down and looked at me and stated I'm sorry they took me before you I wonder why. Shortly after that, the lady that came in after her was also sat in the chair while still sat there waiting. At this point I was no longer going to wait to be seen. If they choose to take other clients before me then that's not a place that I want to visit. read more

Went in for a simple gel manicure with a chrome finish polish - the tech didn't even paint my nails the color I asked for and changed the shape of my nails to block squares and when I said something he got up and left. Got my nails done here after looking for a place nearby Harriman Commons where a lot of shops are located. After seeing some decent reviews online, I made an appointment over the phone was able to be seen the same day. Upon arriving, I was asked to fill out some paperwork for COVID and was sat down with a male technician. While I initially asked to do a full set of acrylics with tips, I was told there was almost no difference in price between this and the SNS dip powder option. I was shown a lot of different colors (mostly reds and pinks) and settled on a fun fall purple. The technician was really skillful and took the time and effort to shape and make sure my nails were done well. The pedicure was one of the best I ever received for the price of a basic pedicure. Not only did they make sure to scrub my feet pristinely but also put on a timer for a 10 minute foot and leg massage with a scrub. My feet and legs felt so soft! One negative to this place is that management seems to be a bit money hungry, not willing to take promotions and coupons (I tried to use a yelp check in offer) and my total services came out to about $90. More than I was hoping to spend but for the convenience and quality of the nails, I will probably be back. read more

Place was nice and I was taken right away despite being a walk-in & the place was filled which was nice to see. Prices were fine too, not a problem. The problem is I think BECAUSE I only got a basic manicure, I was a rush job. Usually being "in and out" can be a good thing, but in this case it wasn't. In less than 15 minutes I was done and out with a single layer of polish and rounded off nails down to the skin--never asked to see if I wanted them clipped or how to shape the nail. I understand it was the end of the workday, but I would've appreciated a little bit of customer service. I got a pedicure. He never turned on the massage chair, in order to tell me to put my feet in the water, he would hit my foot. I can't say that he was horribly rude, but I also cannot say that he was polite. When she came out the nails did not look like the picture. I took her back in and explained what she wanted, they told me they could not do ombré with acrylic so they had to do it with paint. They do not listen, there is no excuse for causing clients who've had their nails wrapped for decades to get a mold on a fingernail, none. They filed, and made my nails too narrow, after the fill in which caused moisture to get in giving me a mold on my middle finger.. they rush and there's no pride in their work.
