We got the same upgraded pedi, but didn't get the same treatment. Just glad she didn't get the guy I did, i would have felt terrible. First he cut the skin so close on my big toe it was bleeding, then he cut the BACK of my heel twice with the foot file. You shouldn't have that grater anywhere close to side of your foot. When I left an hour later it was still bleeding and I had to ask for a bandaid. The lady was nice enough to put neosporin on it and a bandaid, but it doesn't change the fact that he knew he did it and didn't do anything to fix it when it happened, and he didn't even tell me, I saw the blood on the towel. I felt it but assumed it was a little knick until it was still bleeding an hour later. I went there because they are the only nail salon open on Sunday in Springfield GA. I hate to write bad reviews but I'm really unhappy about this, especially since it cost me over $160 (2 pedicures w/ just polish & 2 basic manicures w/ just polish) and feel like i was mistreated. And I wouldn't really be mad over the price if I hadn't had to be bandaged before leaving. When i said i was bleeding at checkout, the lady at the counter said "your still bleeding?", which makes me think that this is not a rare situation. Ive been to several other nail salons for pedicures, and never been cut with anything. This is supposed to be a treat for yourself, you go for the pampering feeling, but this was certainly a let down.

She has a ton of hand drawn pieces hanging up in her work space and she is extremely talented. She clearly took her time with me and did all that she could to make sure I was informed and comfortable. She was extremely patient with my questions and she took her time when tattooing. She makes great conversation while working, offers breaks if you'd like them, and it's clear she's passionate about what she does. I will be going back to work with her indefinitely. I went to Blue Phoenix to get my dimple piercings, and the piercer accidentally hit a vein it was serious enough that she had to drive me to the ER. After everything, when I still wanted the piercing redone, she told me I'd have to pay $60, even though the mistake was completely hers. I told her that wasn't fair, so she finally redid them for free, but she placed them close to where dahlia piercings go, not actual cheek/dimple piercings. The shop also didn't feel welcoming at all. The front desk lady wasn't friendly, and when I went back later to get my jewelry downsized, Brandy wasn't there. Another girl came out, but she told me she couldn't downsize them and didn't really try to help. She seemed stressed and blunt, which made me even more uncomfortable.
