Monique had…read moreanother client in the chair upon my arrival which is not uncommon in this business but to my dismay ANOTHER client comes in behind me for an appointment with Monique as well then it occurred to me she had double booked us. So instead of her servicing me she had her other stylist wash my hair after I had Already been sitting for 30 plus minutes, I was later placed under the dryer for God knows how long so her other stylist could finish their own clients. It is not so much the stylist I am upset with because they had other bookings and I'm not their responsibility. The final nail in the coffin for me was being asked if I wanted to "wait a little longer" and "I seem like I'm in a rush" When I replied No,I've been here since 1045 Monique's response was "Well it is the Saturday rush" I'm not sure what the Saturday rush has to do with my time being wasted, your stylist finishing your job, or the mismanagement of clients but I can certainly tell you "Saturday rush" does not mean I make an appointment for 1045 and not leave until 1:24 PM. A special thank you to CeCe for taking care of me you're professionalism and skills did not go unnoticed. It is very clear that you are the one holding the shop together. I will Always support black businesses but mismanagement of time will always be the downfall sadly. This timeline was egregious for a simple silk press.

I have been to a lot of different waxing places all over the country and this is my favorite. It is in a cute spot in downtown Hinesville. They offer sugaring which I really liked. Second visit over book 3rd visit owner denied services because she could not properly justify having my card number for a service that's already paid for. Admitting it was their fault but very confrontational about the entire appointment that was 1hr away and denied services telling me to go request a refund. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Would not recommend !!!
