Since it was the first appointment of the day right at opening, she needed a few short minutes to get situated. We did a quick consultation on what I'd like done (just a trim and cleaned up layers) then we began with a wash. Alexandria definitely knows how to give a good scalp massage. She took the time to do that, and not rush. Ultimately, the haircut and blow dry style came out nice, and I would definitely return. The only things I did not like about my visit were minor. The stylists have to answer the phone when it rings, which constantly interrupts the appointment. I wish they'd get a receptionist. And secondly, (this is completely not their fault,) because it's also a store, shoppers were disruptive, and dare I say it.... annoying. There are enough people working on the floor that you don't need to interfere with appointments... don't be that person! Lol! They do have an Ulta credit card and rewards points, and you can get a lot of money off of services if you accumulate enough!
