I also expected to be able to go to the "pickup window" instead of having to wait at the "order window" behind the line of people who had not ordered their food yet. I was told I had to wait at the order window because they only had one credit card machine and it was at that window. I felt that defeated the purpose of calling my order in ahead of time. By the time I received my food, it was Luke warm. My burger was swimming in mayo and mustard and lacked the extra pickles that were requested. The beef was of lesser quality than what I would purchase and cook at home. I had also ordered a taco salad which was extremely bland. It was a few chips, some bland taco meat, a ton of lettuce, minimal cheese and minimal tomatoes. It had a small amount of sour cream but no salsa. Overall disappointing. Prices were too high for lack of quality and service.
