Very disappointed. I understand there was some miscommunication on the amount of flowers that I ordered. I wanted a bunch of bouquets of flowers to total $500 worth I received one bouquet of flowers which I was told was valued at $500 extremely unimpressed I would've been better off going to the grocery store and buying a bunch of bouquets of flowers. Some of the flowers are already wilted and dying. They were only delivered this morning. Extremely dissatisfied would not recommend. I spoke to the owner on the phone and expressed my dissatisfaction and she told me to just not use her business again. Believe me I will not. read more

I paid $75 for a special birthday bouquet. The recipient sent me a picture and I was EXTREMELY disappointed. Looked like a $20 bouquet from the grocery store with maybe a few added flowers. Add the vase, it was maybe a $45 arrangement. Not happy. read more

Paid extra for the "deluxe" bouquet ($75). Super embarrassing and very disappointing. I could get these for $4.99 at Shaw's. Called and was offered nothing but excuses. This is not the first time this has happened with Ann's. Will not do business with them again. read more

I just picked up two arrangements for my parents' gravesites. I paid over $200 for these two arrangements. I wasn't impressed when I went to pick them up but I am going to the graves tomorrow so I really don't have any backup plan. I was giving this flower shop another chance while during the pandemic, they left flowers sent to me at a neighbors house. Never checked to see if it was okay or not. Just so happens that my "neighbor", who I really don't know, had COVID shortly before this happened. I was quite upset that they feel they have the option to leave flowers with whomever they chose to without checking with the customer or recipient. They had my number and could have called, I would have instructed them to leave them on the porch since I was only minutes away. I called and complained and they refunded my aunt the cost of the flowers. I decided to give them another try...I did not specify on one arrangement but stressed that the other arrangement needed to be nice and include yellow roses. It have five fully opened yellow roses (which means they are old) and a bunch of other flowers that were not color coordinated with the roses. Two of the "purple" carnation-like flowers had browned petals on them. Clearly these flowers are old. I have lived in Auburn for 20 years and have placed many orders and received many flowers through this flowershop. Originally, the quality of the arrangements were terrific but has gradually declined over the years. I don't usually write reviews; but lately, I have realized that these reviews have helped me when making a decision regarding a buisness. There are not many places in this area to order flowers, unfortunately. And the selection of plants is horrible. Very few. Not sure what the other reviewer was talking about. read more

Well, all the flowers look good in the pictures! But not so when you get them. I have had several deliveries in the last 9 months from friends and family. In the first few deliveries, there were some flowers that looked bad. I called to ask about it. All I got was SORRY! nothing else. The latest delivery was a Christmas arrangement. It came on Sunday and the red roses were almost black and never opened. The next day the white roses looked dead along with the red ones. I would recommend buying from someone else. The arrangements are very expensive and don't last! Who wants to receive them. read more

A very dear friend passed and when I went into Ann's they did not have any of the arraingements my friends and I had picked out online. They said they would make up something similar and not to worry it would be beautiful. I trusted them and gave them the $150 . I was so disappointed !! They were the worse arraingement at the funeral. It was almost all carnations and looked nothing like the pictures at that same price. I love carnations but that wasn't what I paid for. I order flowers on behalf of a school district. We have ordered quite a few times now and have been very happy. Billing has been prompt and accurate, and we always receive a delivery confirmation email. Most importantly, the receiving individuals have reported that the flowers have been fresh and lasted well. Spent $92 on a anniversary bouquet, what my wife received was laughable. I could go and buy the same thing from just about any gas station for under $20. The bouquet itself was $62, for that amount of money one would expect it to be more then something that could easily fit in one hand. I was embarrassed to tell my wife how much I paid for it, when I did she called immediately and was treated very rudely by the employee. She was told they make it to an exact specification, but as you can see from the measurements, it does not match up too what was advertised on the website for the premium up charge, which showed a height of a minimum of 12 inches, and a width of 12.5 inches, neither dimension was even close. I would contest the credit card purchase if I had the time, however hopefully this review will save someone from using a provider that cares so little about their customers satisfaction. read more

We ordered flowers for a funeral and were extremely disappointed. I paid $90 for 12 roses and 4 fuji mum's. There was no filler in the arrangement, though I specifically asked and the result was horrible. Looking at the other arrangements at the funeral home which were ordered from other florists in town, Ann's should be embarrassed. I had to call the shop and have them come to the funeral parlor to fix the arrangements. Even then the work was sub-par. I have done flowers for weddings and know what a good arrangement should look like. Go elsewhere! read more
