Bouquet arrived but asked to be notified when it was delivered, no notification delivered. The price for size was not commessurate. Looks like a 45.00 bouquet at best but charged over 100.00 plus for it. The bowl which in picture should have gone with the actual floral arrangement. I specifically asked to ensure my cousin would get the bowl. Was told she would, but after the fact, got switched out for cheaper vase. Asked for a personal short post it to go with flowers was told it would but never did. The color of the arrangement was done well. My cousin did say it was pretty. The customer service was outstanding. I needed a flower delivery on Sunday, and they were able to fulfill my need, which I appreciated a great deal. I wasn't quite as impressed with the $200.00 arrangement. That did not include the $25.00 tip to the delivery person that came in on Sunday to make this delivery. THAT was much appreciated. I was looking for a DEEP purple arrangement with a few highlights Of light purple, white, yellow, or orange. Just enough to make the deep purple "pop". Arranged on a biodegradable wreath, cross, or spray. Something that would not add trash of any kind to the Gulf. The bio degradable part was perfect. The arrangement was ok. Maybe I wasn't as specific as I thought I was, (White and yellow or orange highlights) , I know I did not order big orange tiger Lillie's, or a whole stem of white daisies. They are so helpful on the phone, and they have me on file, so it only takes a minute to place my order. Diana was so helpful when planning my daughter's Englewood wedding. She met with us several times and was forgivingly patient when we were a little indecisive about centerpieces. She was also flexible when we added an arch that needed decorating. It all came together beautifully. They really brought our whole theme together. I HIGHLY recommend Anns Flowers. I order flowers every year for my mother in law and they deliver (even with the day of notice). They always exceed my expectations. I received a call this morning from Mollie at Anns flowers saying that she sees that I have ordered flowers in the past and if I would like to order them again this year. I was so excited to receive her call and Thanked her for going above and beyond. I probably would have forgot to call until next Monday or Tuesday. I would like to highly recommend Ann's Flowers, this week my mom has been in the hospital. We ordered her a beautiful arrangement and paid $100 for it, when I first saw it it was absolutely pitiful. I was so disappointed. All I had to do was call Ann's spoke with Lillian. She hooked me up with someone that could do something about it and the next day my mother had a beautiful floral arrangement about twice the size of the original one delivered. Ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day. This shop called and said the bouquet I ordered was "sold out" and they were going to make me a "designer bouquet". The one I ordered was $70.00. This is what was delivered. It had 3 roses and all the rest were carnations with cheap filler flowers, for $70! This is HORRIBLE! DO NOT order from here. Do not order from Ann's Flowers. False advertising to start with. $160 for a beautiful bouquet and it was delivered with only half of the flowers pictured on their website. Diana said she would resend them once the recipient came back from a family getaway and nothing was delivered as promised. So they changed their mind without letting us know?! Yep, that's correct. Gene said no. He was just as rude when asking him about it. She was extremely short and rude and hung up on me after I tried explaining why I was the one calling. I was the that one that referred them but never again. Horrible customer service and even worse ownership. read more

By far the worst experience I've had with a small business. From the product to the customer service. Spent $160.00 to support a local small business instead of a big chain flower company. The product was more then disappointing and not representative of the description on the website. When I called the store I was initially hung up on, then spoke to a woman who said I could speak with Diane or Gene but they wouldn't be in until the following Wednesday (this happened the Friday after flowers were delivered). Finally spoke to Diane over a week later who said they would not refund me even partially as it seemed I got half of a flower arrangement. However they would remake and resend the flowers. When it came time to resend flowers Gene who is the owner said absolutely not. Being out of town I even had a local representative reach out to the business on my behalf. Just rude unprofessional and overpriced for the product. I used this small business at the advice of someone in the area who personally knows the business owners and I'll never order from them again. I have no problem paying good money for an exceptional product or experience. What I received was neither exceptional or professional. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. I'll also be informing the better business bureau about this. Looking at previous reviews I can see I'm not the only person who's been terribly disappointed at the product quality! read more

I received flowers for Mother's Day from my faraway children. They arrived as a lovely fresh cut bouquet in a very nice vase. The gentleman who delivered them was wearing a happy smile and a perky bow tie! He was so charming presenting them. The flowers are still looking fresh after a week. I ordered a Christmas wreath online from Ann's Flowers and it was delivered today. The wreath did not look anything like the wreath I ordered (and paid $70 for) except that it was green with a few red berries. I understand that in some situations a florist may not have the exact items needed to replicate an item offered online however this wreath wasn't even close. Most disappointing is that the wreath delivered was plain without any flare at all making me feel like a victim of false advertising and really bummed that my gift to my parents was not special. I give Ann's Flower's 2 stars only because the wreath was delivered on time. :( read more

All of our communication was done over the phone and through e-mail. Their prices were extremely fair and our arrangements were gorgeous! Diana worked with me tirelessly to get us everything we needed including centerpieces, bouquets, decorations, and arch decor for our beach ceremony. Horrendous Customer Service: I ordered flowers from here and I was charged $12 dollars more than what was on the receipt/confirmation. My total on the receipt did include deliver charge and tax, so I couldn't figure out why I was over-charged. I e-mailed the owner, and she said it was the deliver charge that cause the increase in price. And I responded that the delivery charge was included according to my receipt, and offered to scan and e-mail her my receipt. I received no response. Also, what was delivered wasn't exactly what I ordered and certainly not worth the price. I would find another flower shop in Englewood, there are plenty of them. read more

Second year in a row that my son ordered flowers from this florist and they are awful. Purple roses had brown on edges when delivered and now 3 days later the roses along with the rest of the flowers are dying and never really opened up. I get so upset just looking at them. read more

I ordered an arrangement for my mother in law for mothers day from this florist, I picked out Perfect Pastels off the teleflora website. They said they could do the arrangement and deliver. First they said delivery was $9.99, after viewing their site I realized it was only $8. Second the picture my mother in law sent me was not what I paid for nor was it even arranged. It looked as though a bunch of different flowers where thrown in a vase by a child. I then called the florist and spoke with the owner of the company explaining I was not happy. She then became hostile and nasty. Said she would look into it and call me back, after an officiant amount of time I called back. She then proceeded to get even nastier with me and hung up the phone on me. The arrangement I purchased was to consist of large pink lilies, 2 carnations, pink roses, yellow roses, and a few daisies. The arrangement that was received was mainly daisies, 1 carnation, no large lilies, 2 poor looking regular size roses, and a few mini roses. They made a cheaper arrangement and tried to rip me off. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST. THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF AND HAVE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! read more

An out-of-state family member ordered a holiday centerpiece and had it delivered to our home. It was a nice arrangement, so we took a picture and emailed to the family member. He immediately called and said that the picture did not look like the item he had picked out on the website and also that it was missing 2candles. He called the floral shop and complained and the store responded "we can't make that arrangement for that price". Huh??? Was having a difficult time finding a corsage to match the teal-colored dress. Had already visited a florist and called two others. Called Ann's Flowers and described the dress and mentioned that I didn't want carnations. They told me they would use an orchid. The corsage wristlet and the buttounier were the talk of the town.
