They tell you to cover your mattresses and don't leave any type of food items in storage and we didn't so we never had a problems with bugs or anything. We even put mice traps down just in case but we never caught more than a cricket. The 2 outdoor units were as expected, dust would collect and an occasional Mud Dauber's would get inside but they're outside so that would be expected. They do a really good job at treating for those type of things plus we had them at our house too so I don't think anything more could have been done and they never became a problem. We also laid traps in the outdoor units and never caught more than a Chameleon. As for the staff? Amber & Cheyanne were amazing. They were friendly, professional and accommodating. They were also very conscientious about protecting the property and monitoring activity. They definitely earned 5 stars.

REally badly managed and not so safe…read more I rented at this place because they said there would be an attendant at the facility during office hours when the gate was open. That was not true. I never found anyone there.l. Not so safe. Also for the first four months I was suppoed to have 24/7 access, each time I went there on a Sunday, my code did not work. Finally, they realize they have given me the wrong code.. The last month I stored there, I was able to get into the facility, the gate closed behind me, and I expected a sensor to open the gate when I was ready to leave. NOPE. And there was no clear way to open the gate. I have to call the sheriff to use my code to open the gate.

He had a couple of toy cars on the floor, and instead of kindly asking me to move them or giving me a moment to pick them up, the older employee kicked them out of the way. I completely understand that businesses need to keep walkways clear, and I would have happily moved them if asked. However, kicking a toddler's toys came across as unnecessary and disrespectful. A little patience and kindness go a long way, especially when interacting with families. I hope management reminds staff that treating customers with courtesy makes all the difference.
