They tell you to cover your mattresses and don't leave any type of food items in storage and we didn't so we never had a problems with bugs or anything. We even put mice traps down just in case but we never caught more than a cricket. The 2 outdoor units were as expected, dust would collect and an occasional Mud Dauber's would get inside but they're outside so that would be expected. They do a really good job at treating for those type of things plus we had them at our house too so I don't think anything more could have been done and they never became a problem. We also laid traps in the outdoor units and never caught more than a Chameleon. As for the staff? Amber & Cheyanne were amazing. They were friendly, professional and accommodating. They were also very conscientious about protecting the property and monitoring activity. They definitely earned 5 stars.

If you think they rented out the unit I reserved, you would be right. The only one of that size. So, I get mt deposit back, but all other arrangements must be redone costing way more in time and money than $50. A very poor and unprofessional experience.

Then about 60 days later, we didn't need the unit anymore, called to give notice said they needed written notice, sent a letter, billed us a month later, claimed letter wasn't received. Asked for a refund, since they had a long waitlist, they shouldn't have a problem renting it out, Said no. Send a handwritten note to once again give notice. Billed us a second time. Called to work this out and the owner screamed bloody murder at me.

This has not been resolved and its been over 2 months. I keep getting hung up on when I call. Each time they tell me that they are working on it and will get back with me. When I initially called, the female I spoke to told me that they wound waive the late fee. I still got charged the late fee. I'm still waiting for this all to be resolved. I got another text notice at 1230am the other night saying they still dont have my proof of insurance. I am not happy............
