I found a really nice men's leather laptop bag for my husband for Father's Day from our son. It was still expensive ($138), and the lady checking me out was trying to put the other items I was purchasing inside it, which would have scratched up the real leather. Also, for that price, I thought they would have left the wrapping inside, but she said they reuse it. I understand that, but she was very rude and gave me a strange look. It was a really nice bag, and I just didn't want it messed up since it was a gift. The customer service wasn't good, but I would still go back for the selection. read more

The store requires a certain number of pieces before they will accept your clothes for consignment. If your clothes don't sell, they "donate" your clothes. In any case, you don't get them back. How would you know if your clothes sold or not? The store could move your clothes to another location and sell them. You would have to go by the store each week to see if your clothes are still there. In any case, it is a win / win for them. I will skip them and give my clothes to the person of my choice. Today I tried to buy something. They would not allow me to use my debit card for a sale under $10. There was a very large section of clothes that were discounted 75%. If your items are on consignment in their store, they are not trying to sell them. read more

Too many rules when consigning! Stay in your car, bring items on hangers and an $8 annual fee to do so!? The fee wasn't even listed online. If someone only sells a few items a year, it defeats the whole purpose. Will sell my items elsewhere. read more

The manager is very rude and pretentious. She be criticized my husband for bringing in a shirt that needed to be laundered instead of explaining the policies politely. I asked her to be polite and to calm down and she made no apologizes for her rudeness to my husband, the customer. I would never treat a customer in that manner. I have never had a manager be as rude and insulting. The rest of the staff is polite and in the past were considerate when explaining their process for selecting their consignment choices. They have lost my business bc of the manager. I don't want someone like that making money off of me. But they have a good selection and if you are on a budget you can find hand me downs that are age appropriate. read more

When I took my clothes in for resale they took everything my designer , boutique style, above average, when I called to see how the sales were on my clothes the store clerk told me nothing has sold, I couldn't believe this because I usually do well, I told her I would come pick them up because the due date was near, she then told me they were going to extend my time to see if they sell. I agreed, two weeks later I went in to pick them up I made 23.00 and they said they could not locate my clothes to pick up and I went over my contract, actually denying they extended my contract, We went back in there a week later and my clothes were on the racks 45.00 price tag on my Tory Birch top, I asked for the owner who is a complete crook, what was going on??! She stutters around didn't know what to say after being caught! She and her establishment is running a scam, you will not get paid, do not take extensions on your contract because they will deny everything while stealing from clients to make money, they won't be around with such business ethics. Must be hard in resale these days so they will steal from you! Complete losers, thieves and cons!! read more

LOTS to choose from and well organized. Tons of shoes and jewelery and other accessories. Big, comfy dressing rooms. A little pricier than I'm used to for resale stores, but the items are also in better condition than most resale places I visit. I did my first consigning with them this week. They took about 1/4 of my items (to be fair, a lot of mine was out of season) and they will go 50-50 on sale. The rejected items were explained in a non-condescending way. What I like best about this place is that it caters to a diverse crowd with an equal amount of trendy junior items, working women, young women, mature ladies... probably a reflection of their employees' ages and styles which was nicely as diverse. Super friendly, professional staff. This place had previously gone off my list of places to visit when I go on resale sprees because (as a late 30s working mom) I wasn't finding appropriate items. But my last two visit have changed my mind. It's back on my list and quickly working its way up to a favorite! read more

Really rude staff. They only make checks out 1 time a month (on the 15th) and then won't make it out for anything sold less than $25.00. I placed 4 items (all new with tags) on consignment. I don't believe they researched the items well at all. I could have sold these items online for much more with a lot less hassle. Management and staff are some of the rudest people I've ever met. They look down their nose at everybody even though their noses are not as high as they think. They talk down to you on items you bring in. When it's items that I believe that they want for themselves personally, they get excited. There are other stores that want and act like they want your business. The snotty women in this store certainly do not have mine. read more

If you're there to buy, you'll have an overwhelming amount of options. If you're bringing things to sell, don't expect much money in return. I took many, many pairs of unworn shoes and boots, office attire - many items with tags still on them. I also took multiple new or barely worn leather jackets, 6 or 7 beautiful and in perfect condition leather "name brand" bags. For what was literally thousands of dollars worth of items, in the span of the three months they pay you for what they sell of yours (after which they say they donate your remaining items to somewhere), I received a whopping total of a little over 300.00. I'll donate everything to Goodwill going forward. read more
