I still had to wait a little after my scheduled appointment time to be taken back. The procedure was relatively easy, but I wish I would've known some of the after care when I had scheduled the appointment (only light-colored foods for 24 hours afterward, no dark lipstick). I could see results almost instantly- not as 'snow' white as I thought they would be and I might have to go back somewhere else for a 2nd treatment
