I was unable to do that, I then emailed Zennie Mcnealey about how it wasn't downloading and they were no help. They told me that it should download and then eventually stopped replying to my emails. It's been a couple months now and i've still been trying to download this file, through the library computers, my mom's computers, and her work computer. If you plan on taking this course please take it in person and not online. Extremely disappointed with the lack of care and communication after I also explained to them that this is for court.

Ms. Burt corrects and teaches the new drivers when they need it, but she does not yell or cause stress. Ms. Burt makes a point to teach the new drivers about defensive driving too. Ms. Burt just "gets" teenagers. She converses with them and puts them at ease and it is not an awkward or boring driving session. The car Ms. Burt used for the teaching was clean and in great condition. She has the appropriate signage on the car to alert others on the road of a new driver. It was a 4 door sedan and my daughter was very comfortable learning in that car, even though she had never driven a sedan before. It was very easy to schedule and RVA Driving Academy was very responsive. Ms. Burt worked with us via text to schedule driving times around busy a school and after school activity schedule. It was quick and easy to get on her calendar. We got all 7 sessions done in just over a week. My daughter enjoyed her time in the car with Ms. Burt and when she "graduated" from Behind The Wheel she told me a few days later that she missed not having more time driving with Ms. Burt. My son now has to go through an online course AGAIN with another school before he can do behind the wheel when he could have had his license weeks ago.
