The convenience of being picked up from my home for the lessons made things so much easier. My son was able to get his license without stepping foot in DMV and for that i am thankful especially since its months before you can get an appointment. She told us what she was going to teach and did exactly what she said she was going to do. She also did not make us feel bad for having an infraction and humanized everyone on all sides of the system. I also appreciated how she did not feed into politics or allow anyone to negatively rant about their experience while speaking their truth. If I have to ever go to another driving class I will definitely choose this school.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with All Wise Driving Academy and would…read morestrongly caution others before booking with them. I paid $259.68 for their driver's education program and expected clear communication and guidance on how to complete the course. After paying, I was never properly contacted to schedule anything or clearly walked through the required steps. Months went by with no follow-up from the school. When I finally reached out, I was told I could not receive a refund because too much time had passed, even though no lessons were ever scheduled and I did not receive the services I paid for. They later claimed I was supposed to attend Saturday classes, but this was never clearly communicated or coordinated with me in a way that made participation realistic. My interaction with management made the situation significantly worse. When I calmly and respectfully asked about my situation, the manager was extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Her tone became aggressive, she raised her voice, and she ultimately hung up on me. During the conversation, she stated that she had been doing this for many years and that I would not be getting a refund, and even suggested I could "take it to court" if I wanted. This is not how a paying customer should be treated. I made every effort to resolve this respectfully, but the response I received was dismissive and unacceptable. I have received none of the actual driving instruction I paid for, and the lack of communication combined with the way this situation was handled is extremely concerning. I have also heard from others who described similarly frustrating experiences, which makes this even more concerning. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend not booking with this driving school. If you do choose to move forward with them, make sure everything is clearly scheduled and documented in writing upfront.

I enjoyed his class and left with alot more knowledge on defensive driving and a better thought process on choices to make when driving. Well worth the time.
