After a while, the staff know you by name, and I've occasionally been given discounts based on our frequent patronage. I picked up my husband's cleaning last week, and the attendant gave me a $4.75 refund because of an apparent miscount. I was impressed that the business erred on the side of integrity, when it would have been easy to keep the money. The prices are competitive, and I'm happy to pay them for the level of service we receive here.
